“Well when Daryl was born they diagnosed him with Cerebral Palsy and the specialist at the time just said, “Oh your son’s got Cerebral Palsy, there’s nothing we can do. My advice is to put him in a home...” Where I come from, my upbringing, you look after your own. And so there was no way I was going to put him in a home. We took him home and we looked after him. That’s what you should do.” - Daz’s dad - Daryl Ashley Howe is running his 25th marathon this Sunday on Rottnest Island in WA - where it all began! Go Daz!!! “The doctors said I would never walk and here I am running a ridiculous amount of marathons. I always like to be happy. Time goes by more pleasantly being positive. I see too much negativity in the world. So if I’m happy, the world’s got a positive outlook.” - Daryl Ashley Howe. Daz runs this Sunday in his 25th marathon on Rottnest Island. WA. Here's the original poster art we dug out of our archive! Go Daz!🥇
