Have you every wanted to run you're own drum school but don't have the space or soundproofed area?
Or even better, do you have an existing student base on the Southside of Brisbane but no where to teach or looking for somewhere more professional to teach.
We have 12 students at our Coorparoo school and a ready, purpose built and equipped teaching space and waiting room.
Ideally you either need to have some students too or want a space to build your student base up ASAP....you will be responsible for that and it doesn't happen without hustle.
Looking for someone that's available between Monday to Thursday (daytime till 8pm) at Coorparoo (mins from the Coorparoo train station if you have no transport).
Need to be experienced in drumming (of course!), available these days, personable, self motivated, organised and reliable.
Your consistency and organisation is required to engage your students as well as gain more and retain them.
Support is available both in marketing/advertising and in teaching practises, systems and ideals.
I already have 2 successful teachers with over 90 students between them and for the right person this is an opportunity to work with us and create a high standard of drummers.
I've had drum schools running for over 8 years now in Brisbane as well as been involved in successful schools at The Drummers Warehouse and Drum Worx / Billy Hydes prior to my own.....
I've been thru allot of ups and downs to get the schools running well and have a good idea of what will make this work in Brisbane.
We are not interested in someone who is just looking for a job and happens to be a drummer.
Teaching can be both financially rewarding and satisfying but if all you want a job that's mindless and easy then this isn't for you.
Obvious statement sure: The more work you put in, the more rewards you get out and it doesn't happen on its own....
Please feel free to email me at [email protected] if you feel you fit or are interested in further info.
Thanks
-Greg.
