Three Central Coast dancers have been recognised for their skill and dedication at Showcase National Finals on the Gold Coast. The girls went up against competitors from across the country, and were awarded 'Dancer of the Year' in their respective age categories.

It's the latest clue in the disappearance of Central Coast man Bernard Anable - CCTV footage, just released, of him wandering through Bateau Bay. Emergency services again scoured Bateau Bay today in search of the 82-year-old.

Adam Crouch MP – Member for Terrigal & Parliamentary Secretary for the Central Coast has confirmed that anyone who lives in the Central Coast local government area (LGA), can travel anywhere within the CC LGA for essential shopping, exercise and *outdoor recreation.
The 5km RADIUS from your home rule was created as Sydney LGAs are so much smaller than ours but they are relevant should you live on the edge of the CC LGA.

*outdoor recreation to be confirmed as it is currently stated on the health orders and press release as being permissable but we confirm, the Premier did say that recreation was removed in yesterday's presser. The written word trumps the spoken. We are standing by to see if this changes today and will let you know ASAP.

Everyone aged 18 years or older is welcome, with students, teachers, construction and retail workers particularly encouraged to attend.

No appointment is necessary, you can attend whenever you like during the opening hours. To save time when you arrive, you are encouraged to pre-register via the links below before attending.

⚠️ PUBLIC HEALTH ALERT ⚠️

NSW Health has been notified of a positive case that visited Stockade Meats at 75 Scenic Drive, Budgewoi.

Anyone who was at this shop between 3.40pm and 4.00pm on Thursday 22 July is a casual contact who must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.

You must then get another test on day five from the date of exposure (Tuesday 27 July).

You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again.

Regardless of where you live on the Central Coast, we need everyone to continue to follow the stay-at-home order.

Gosford RSL Club is proud to launch Cooking 4 Coast Shelter.
Coast Shelter’s volunteers are in lockdown so we’re here to help and we know our community wants to help too.

Gosford RSL has been supplying meals to Soul Soup since 2019, another amazing program whose goal is to help the less fortunate on the Central Coast, and are now more than happy to ramp it up even more to help Coast Shelter feed our homeless. Our team of chefs and staff will be preparing 100 delicious wholesome meals and delivering to Coast Shelter 5 days per week..

The Club would also like to invite the community to jump on board and help us help them. We would appreciate donations of any non-perishable / canned food items. You might pick up some extra food to donate next time you do your grocery shopping or when you’re cleaning out your pantry. Contactless donation drop off points are located at the Club entry. The drop-off point is completely contact-free and all packaging will be sanitised. Please remember to abide by Government Health advice.

Some ideas of the kind of things to donate:
Canned vegetables: tomatoes, beans, corn, peas
Pasta, Rice, Chickpeas, Lentils
Coconut cream, Tomato Paste, Canned Tuna, vegetable oil
