Phoebe is a Melbourne based editor, photographer and publisher who also specialises in digital strategy and public speaking. As Editor of Melbou
rne based fashion blog ‘Lady Melbourne,’ Phoebe Montague’s fashion commentary and style has earned her a reputation as one of Australia’s key fashion bloggers. Having founded Lady Melbourne in 2007, the blog has grown to include a social media reach of over 50K unique likes, fans and followers across platforms like Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. After completing a BA Fine Art (Drawing) from RMIT University, Phoebe started her own accessories label that took her to Sydney and London. Upon her return to Melbourne many years later, she realised a long term goal to study journalism and graduated again from RMIT University in 2009 with a post graduate degree in journalism. Aside from the blog and freelance writing assignments, she teaches blogging, social media and journalism at the Center for Adult Education(CAE) and RMIT University here in Melbourne, runs masterclasses for The Guardian Australia nationally and guest lectures at various corporate and educational events.
