I’m sure all my event industry alumni have all had a chance to be involved in an event that truly is inspiring and world changing.

Making an impact but in a different way.

I personally have been inspired by my family, my strong independent wife and our children as they develop into amazing, creative, passionate, strong individuals and our family is stronger due to them being who they are.

My event family is rich and varied, they are creative, passionate and a special breed, I learn from them all and value the lessons we share in together.

Over my career I’ve toured with established and evolving entertainers locally and globally.

Have produced and production managed major corporate events as small as an informal training environment for many clients to live and virtual meetings for the Asian Development Bank in Fiji and on the WWW and created festival style corporate events on the shores of lakes for multi national corporates.

But to have a chance to truly make a difference, engage with what I feel is the largest Audience engagement and on such a scale is what I spend the last quarter of 2023 engaged in.

COP28 is going to influence the world we all live in and the legacies we leave behind. As part of the Identity Middle East family we have the pleasure of delivering one of the worlds true Mega Events.

To leave my family on the other side of the world is emotionally challenging for me and must be so much more for them.

They gave me their blessings to take up this opportunity and recognise the sheer volume of what we are aiming for and what I will be a part of, for this I can not be more grateful for their love, support and strength.

Maybe we can all take a moment, reflect on what we’ve achieved, desired to be a part of or in my case be blessed to be a part of.

So we thought now is the time to advise why some changes to our profile badge.

We wish to formally advise the launch of Event Full Media.

This exciting update is due to our constant presence and exposure in the vision and content field and we felt now was the time to formally move the 2 segments apart.

This new entity will sit nicely in with Project E Media our post production and studio operation and the Event Full Productions brand and business which this year will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary.

They were smashing out a new single and tweaking it and finally this is their new single and clip.

As a Visual Producer and Director I always thought that being able to play with the screen at SoFi Stadium was something I’d love to get teeth into, but the MSG Sphere Las Vegas takes it to a new level of creative platform.

I loved creating and producing this 60m x 3.6m screen and it was fun but anyone who knows someone, we would love to get our hands and creative flow on that palette thanks.

In the Production world before covid we took a wholesale direction change and focused heavily on our design and deploy model and established a new division, Project E Collective.

Over the entire period we were able to ensure constant work and of a high standard both domestic and afar by investing heavily into virtualisation and visualisation.

We delivered virtual sets, full walk through environments and event design.

We focused heavily on our skills in Broadcast, Video Conferencing and Streaming all of which we had a 25+ year involvement in.

We further enhanced our relationships with Evans Above Productions, Front of House Productions AUS, Creative Productions, DG global & Damn Good Productions to ensure we could support our increased services focus and deployment models.

We take pride in being able to bring together professional production specialists who can ensure all facets from concept to ex*****on are as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Here is a sample of a recent design collaboration and you can see how well we endeavour to deliver a concept to delivery vision.

The top image is the actual delivery piece, and the concept modelling piece is shown below.

We were engaged to deliver realistic visualisations to ensure clients expectations could be met by onsite production and we were engaged to assist with the deployment.

As we are about to pull the faders down on 2022 it would be remiss of us not to take a moment of reflection.

We toured Europe, did a quick dash and run gig in Singapore, we were a part of delivering Splendour in the Mud, Good Things, Listen Out, CMC Rocks, A sensational Private Event with a small headline act, The Killers, Directed a Louis CK show, hopped back on Lighting faders for ESA in TV Production, shot hours of Corporate footage and streams for our clients and even managed to deliver multiple Unreal Engine Virtual Worlds and Productions and so much more.

Now, we could slow down but we already know the faders for 2023 are pushing 11, and we are looking forward to it.

The team expanded and will continue to do so.

Thanks for your support and to our team well done.

We will be taking a small amount of down time for the holiday season but will be available.

It has been a busy time at Event Full Productions and Project E Collective.

We've been out touring the country in various capacities for our long term partners, developing new partner relationships and re-acquainting ourselves with some previous partners as the markets we work in truly emerge.

We've found time to reposition ourselves in our building at Chelmsford that we co-tenant with the equally busy and exciting team at Front of House Productions AUS.

We have retained our existing shoot space but relocated our main office and suite to a new layout and part of the building and one we feel will bring us all closer together and be able to service all needs in efficient and streamlined process.

We've also looked over our service offerings and have either re-imagined, reconfigured or developed new products some include-

July, what a month it was. Matt Cox took a moment to reflect on all that the teams at Event Full Productions and Project E undertook and just how far we travelled.

We started off the month in Armenia with 50 cent and the team from Damn Good Productions delivering the final leg of the first stage of the 2022/23 Touring Calendar.

Upon return to Melbourne, we simultaneously delivered the National Sales Conference for Landpower Australia, at Seaworks and alongside our client Corventus we delivered the Executive Summit day for Micro Focus at the beautiful Abbotsford Convent.

We then boarded flights to North Byron Parklands to work with our clients at Creative Productions to work on Splendour in the Mud, though it was a weather affected festival it was truly a sign of resilience and professionalism from the crews, artists, and the attendees. Highlights were definitely the Tyler the Creator set and the monster Amphitheatre Stage set.

Not to rest we then flew back into Melbourne to work with our extended Gig family at Front of House Productions AUS with the Ex*****on of the Liberty XXV celebrations at Reunion Park for Greenfields Events, highlighted were the performances of Ben Lee, The Veronicas and the Secret Headline performance by The Killers.

Oh yeah! Could we fit in any more before the month ended? You bet we did!

Our final event was the delivery of the Trainers Summit for Filex held in Sydney and Executed by our Amazing team on the ground there.

What a January, through various production partners we supported 3 awesome sporting calendar events.

We had Matt Cox working on in LED production, then v Vietnam at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium with ChyronHego Corporation on Virtual Placement operation.

We also had Tim Holly supporting Dark Arts Global deliver the Zatopek 10 at Lakeside Stadium.

All this whilst Project E Collective studio side were busy delivering more episodes of MUUZOstream and building, coding and preparing VP deliveries for our clients.

Manila, September 14-18th 2020: Event Full Productions and its studio and creative subsidiary Project E were engaged to partner with Fuzion Factory from Singapore and Manila to to support the Asian Development Bank for their first full Virtual Annual Meeting due to the COVID Pandemic conditions.

Fuzion Factory Principal, James Holden reached out to Matt Cox to assist with bringing the virtual annual meeting production together as it was recognised the joint strength of both groups in this medium and the need to collaborate to ensure successful delivery.

Together as collaborative partners at Fuzion Factory in Manila and Project E Collective in Melbourne and Sydney, meetings were facilitated with multiple global connections to all 68 member countries of ADB, including the ADB President, multiple Board members and Finance Ministers, high level Government officials, various regional Health Ministers, the World Health Organization, keynote speaker, former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, and renowned broadcaster and academic moderators.

11 separate events, meetings and seminars were delivered over a period of 5 days with only a short 6-week pre-production and development time

Global connections were established to North America, Europe, Central and South Asia, North, East and South East Asia, The Pacific Islands, Australia and New Zealand, all mixed and produced live in real time with a fully interconnected studio production team in Manila, Melbourne and Sydney.

Multiple delivery platforms and bridges were used, together with IP comms to deliver live web streams from a central interactive event web page by secure CDN delivery to any location in the world.
