We also discovered that Bonbon is French for candy, and we think the branding matches that perfectly! 🍭

The letter T in the Logomark is symbolic of the these twists and turns. At Out the Gate, Tam and Elli celebrate the setbacks, the successes and are passionate about finding ways to spur you onto better things.

Out The Gate is a space that cultivates curiosity, tackles stigmas and acts as a launch pad for your career. Young career driven women, listening to the podcast is a must!
