In 2025 it will be compulsory to teach First Nations history in New South Wales schools.

The Australian Museum education team has designed an education resource using our film Her Name is Nanny Nellie as a representation of First Nation perspectives. It can be used in the history classroom to help students understand and question historical narratives around First Nations people.

Yesterday we had the privilege to chat with teachers about using this amazing resource and answer any burning question they had. We are extremely honored at the opportunity for our film to be used to educate students and we want to thank Tim Chuan, Mariko Smith and Laura McBride for their support in making this happen.

Nanny Nellie would be proud of us all!

Santos’ plans for deep-sea drilling off the coast of the Tiwi Islands threatens future generations of First Nations people, impacting food sources, culture and way of life.

We were given a deep insight into the effects through our work with Market Forces and their campaign to expose Australian super funds' investment in Santos' projects.

We are continuing our work in this area and look forward to revealing what’s in development soon.

The climate crisis requires innovative approaches to education, and Drama Victoria’s Time to Act workshops deliver. Filmed in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, we created a welcome video for the workshop with Al Fricker from Deakin University, this is a snippet of it.

We were thrilled to present "Her Name is Nanny Nellie" to the wonderful community of Parkes during the NAIDOC celebrations organised by Parkes Shire Council (Mum's Hometown). A special thank you to Kerryn Jones for her incredible effort in organising the event and for personally preparing the delicious food platters!
