Announcing our 'Audience Choice' award winner, 'The R Word'.

Written and directed by Michael Riley, this sci-fi comedy is everything this festival is about, creative filmmaking that makes the most out of its low budget.

Superbly written, its social and political commentary mixes seamlessly with well timed comedy that had the audience laughing at all the right moments.

Congratulations to Michael and the entire cast and crew.
