I love it when they don't care

Look at this snake. Her name is Lia Finocchiaro, and she says she is the leader of the opposition. What a fraud.

Disclaimer: everything in this article is my opinion and recollection.

In my opinion, Lia Finocchiaro is like the secret leader of a group of con-artist Labor Party politicians who snuck into the CLP and put on a fake show of being a different political party when really, the CLP is in the Labor Party.

To see the extent of the fraud and con-artistry of Lia Finocciaro, look at this:

Ms Finocchiaro is a trained lawyer who studied in Adelaide at the university next to mine at about the same time I was there.

According to my information, her father in law is former chief minister Dennis Burke, while her husband runs some company or something that gets government work of some kind.

As a result, Ms Finocchiaro and her family live luxurious lives with high salaries because of government money that can easily be cut off.

Most political people in the Northern Territory know of several examples of people who went up against the NT Government followed by losing jobs, contracts, grants, or having family members be targeted.

Even if you aren't involved with politics, it isn't exactly hard to believe after watching former NT Police officer Zach Rolfe be charged with murder against proper procedure.

So the idea that Ms Finocchiaro can be a good leader of the opposition while her family members are unaffected is, in my opinion, dumb.

As a real life example of her actual behaviour, consider this:

Not long ago, I sent Lia Finocchiaro a brief investigation I had written and sent to the ICAC showing that the NT Labor Government had held a corrupt election, which benefitted a Labor Party politician named Kon Vatskalis.

The brief investigation showed that I had disputed the election in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory, and showed that a judge named Stephen Southwood had changed evidence in the case as he wrote it into the judgment.

According to the Northern Territory Electoral Commission, Kon Vatskalis was once the biggest donor to Chief Minister Natasha Fyles in her first election, while at the time, Natasha Fyles was the Attorney General and Minister for Justice that was responsible for the whole court system.

Kon Vatskalis is also married to a woman reported to operate the Confucius Institute at Charles Darwin University on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party.

So right away, Lia Finocchiaro should have been jumping out of her chair to make press releases and talk to journalists about everything in this investigation, because it made the Labor Party look like absolute criminals.

Anyway, after I sent the investigation to the ICAC, the commissioner held onto it for about 11 months before sending me a reply to say that no investigation would be done, and that the matter would not be referred to any other agency.

The way that the ICAC Commissioner acted didn't make sense because I had already done the investigation.

The primary issue in the investigation was analogous to the recent Abuse of Office case against former Childrens Commissioner Colleen Gwynne.

So it wasn't complicated or hard to understand.

Since all that the ICAC had to do was read it and then refer the matter to NT Police, it meant that the ICAC was actively covering up corruption.

So again, Ms Finocchiaro should have been yelling out of the window of her office that the Labor Party was running a corrupt ICAC, so that she could look good to the public and win a future election.

I want to mention that the judge who changed evidence around in the judgment was Stephen Southwood, who has been featured in recent news articles regarding a Law Society report involving high profile lawyer Alistair Wyville.

Since Mr Wyville has very recently filed a new complaint against judge Southwood, the investigation sent to Ms Finocchiaro is relevant today.

In case you're interested, the citation for the Supreme Court case is Mamouzellos v Vatskalis & Ors [2018] NTSC 57, while the file number for the original ICAC report is file reference 2019-0227.

I thought that Lia Finocchiaro would naturally be interested in what I had sent her because she was leader of the opposition.

With that brief investigation in her hands, she would be able to absolutely butcher the Labor Party just by putting a few pages of it on the table at Parliament House and then asking the chief minister and Attorney General Natasha Fyles questions.

Since Ms Finocchiaro is a trained lawyer, it would be easy for her to not only understand the ICAC report that I sent her to attack the Labor Party with, but also to explain to everyone how the ICAC was deliberately not investigating obvious cases of corruption.

You want to know what Lia Finocchiaro said after I gave her the information?
Nothing. Not a word.

Enough information was given to her to smash the Labor Party into little pieces for months, and instead of doing any opposing she just did her hair and makeup.

Now and again I suppose she also whinged that the Labor Party had "Failed Territorians!" or whatever junk she said.

After a while I realised that the CLP is full of sellouts and snakes who help the Labor Party because they are the Labor Party in secret.

Then I stopped being upset, because I realised we lived in a one party jurisdiction, a bit like in communist China.

Anyway, onto more recent things:

Another example of Lia Finocchiaro's snaky behaviour is from a couple of days ago when an independent news outlet ran a story saying that some bloke who once owned a restaurant got a low level job as an ICAC investigator.

His name is Cormac Macarthy and no one has heard of him before that I know.
According to this news outlet, since Mr Macarthy had once been the president of a CLP branch and organised fundraisers, he wasn't a normal person anymore.

According to the media, Mr Macarthy was suddenly a "CLP operative".

I don't know if people realise this but CLP presidents are basically nobodies.
Most of the time when the CLP has a branch meeting there are something like 6 people there, including the president.

It is a hysterical and stupid statement to say that some bloke who had a burger restaurant, who organised some fundraisers for a political party full of Labor Party suck ups, is any kind of "operative" just because they get a job somewhere.

I have never been in a political party but if I were Mr Macarthy and I was once in the CLP, I would expect the leader Ms Finocchiaro to defend me and every other CLP member by saying that I was a normal individual, not an "operative" like in a spy movie.

I would further expect her to say that I was being discriminated against wrongly for my political beliefs and smeared in the media, followed by saying that any suggestion of prejudice was anti-democratic and un-Australian too.

But, in the same way Ms Finocchiaro said nothing about the reports I sent her about the corrupt election and judge changing evidence in his judgment, she is once again silent. I haven't heard a word.

Anyway back to Mr Macarthy being a "CLP operative".

Shortly after the media wrote about him, the ICAC Commissioner named Michael Riches wrote a letter to Labor Chief Minister Natasha Fyles saying that he wanted the ICAC law to be changed so that anyone connected to a political party had to be screened before getting a job at the ICAC.

Remember, this is the ICAC that is so corrupt that it pretends not to read investigations that other people already did followed by saying that there would be no investigation or referral, as happened in my case.

Again pointing out the obvious, what does it matter if some former political branch president where only 6 people show up to meetings, who once owned a restaurant, gets a job as investigator at the ICAC.

Since the ICAC Commissioner just puts the reports in the bin anyway then who cares. It just doesn't matter.

In my opinion, this whole situation sets a very dangerous precedent because it means that the Labor Party is giving itself the power to say that anyone who isn't in the Labor Party is an "operative" who should be treated differently.

In that environment, the Labor Party can install only Labor Party people in any position of power in the whole Northern Territory, which is how communists behave.

When governments do what ICAC Commissioner Riches has called for, they first turn into criminal mafias that steal all of the good land, contracts, businesses, and jobs, which then causes them to become very similar to the communist government in China.

In China as everyone knows, the ones in charge live an excellent life at the expense of everyone else, and it is practically impossible to change the government. Anyone who tries is jailed or killed.

The next step after that, depending on the character of the people, is economic calamity and political violence.

I hope it doesn't happen but since I read a lot about history I know that it will happen anyway no matter what I say or how many times I tell the idiots in government to please stop.

Very importantly, I should say that the judge changing evidence in the corrupt election affected my life and finances severely. It upended a building project worth about $7 million that I worked for a long time on.

I want my money back by the way.

If those idiots in government think that everyone will skulk away and leave them in luxury because they made a few policies and decisions with their crew of corrupt friends to rig everything, they're crazy.

That isn't how this goes at all. Just read a history book.

What happens in real life is that people get hurt and eventually start going missing, because that is what happens in gangster states where economic factors force people to act in ways they normally wouldn't.

Anyway if you are in the CLP and are upset by this article you should email your mighty leader Ms Finocchiaro, ask her why she didn't use the material that I sent her, and then when she replies, publish what what she says.

That is if she replies at all.

After that, if she lies and I see it, she will suffer for it, while if she gives a good reason - which is impossible - you can feel confident that your CLP is actually an opposition.

Alternatively if you're too gutless to do even that, you can email Chief Minister Natasha Fyles and ask her why she didn't refer Electoral Commissioner Iain Loganathan to NT Police the same way former commissioner Colleen Gwynne was referred, since I emailed her about everything.

Since the allegations made against Colleen Gwynne are similar to the facts around commissioner Loganathan, then why not refer him too.

If Natasha Fyles replies, publish what she says, and she will suffer too.

Since I have hard facts from the Supreme Court I can support everything I say instantly, which means that both Ms Finocchiaro and Ms Fyles are in a very bad position.

Anyway, that is the end of the article. How did you like the way both leaders of both parties have been cornered in a single article?

That was a pretty cool move, even if I do say so myself ☺ In fact you could even say it was...
..Most Genius 😎
