Everbound in Darkness – A Mid-Year Reflection from Orko Productions

As Orko Productions, we’ve always stood firm in our purpose: to amplify the voices of the underground, to carve spaces for true art beyond trends, and to resist the suffocating grip of a music industry driven by profit over passion. 2025 has been a powerful chapter in that journey.

With immense pride, I share what we’ve released so far this year. Each one a unique, uncompromising work of vision, grit, and sound. From dark folk to dungeon synth, from ambient landscapes to neoclassical sorrow, these are not just releases — they’re statements.

Mid-Year Pause Announcement

Starting early July through the end of September, Orko Productions will go quiet. This temporary pause is due to my personal project, Tir, embarking on a tour across Europe. To follow our journey, please check Tir’s official pages and show your support on the road.

🜃 OUT NOW – Atavus Infectum | Sylva Vidi, Terram Vidi 🜃

We are proud to close our year with the return of Australian dark ambient visionary Atavus Infectum, whose sophomore work dives even deeper into the mystical wilderness of the Blue Mountains.

In his debut Narrow Neck, Hugh Nichols unveiled the hidden past of the famed sandstone plateau known as the Narrow Neck.
Now, in Sylva Vidi, Terram Vidi, he invites us to meet two forgotten beings that linger there still:

🜃 Treecreeper – a spectral druid cloaked in bark and mist
🜃 The Enthag – a tree-witch bound to the land, keeper of ancient woodland rites

Drones, ghostly banjo refrains, crackling field recordings, and textured sonic layers form a meditative ritual; one that honors the old gods, lost timelines, and the dark breath of the forest.

This is more than music. It is myth.
A descent into the sacred void of nature’s memory.

The Blue Mountains is the Country of the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples - it was never ceded. Sylva Vidi, Terram Vidi exists in parallel and with deference to this fact, it does not attempt to replace it. Always was, always will be.

A 4-cassette box set featuring the full discography of Die Verbannten Kinder Evas, the neoclassical darkwave project by Protector, co-founder of Summoning.

Having previously released Protector’s solo project Ice Ages, I wanted to do something equally timeless to celebrate D.V.K.E.’s legacy.

Entgegen dem äußeren Anschein handelt es sich bei "Shaman" um ein ziemlich düsteres Album von Ruins Of Xibalba, dessen minimalistische Musik (!) mitunter an B_rz_ms "Hliðskjálf" erinnert, jedoch eindringlicher und organischer tönt.
