How do you charge 10440 350mAh 3.7V Li-ion cells for torches like the ReyLight Pineapple Mini?

I'd highly recommend the Nitecore UM2 or UMS2 from liteshop.com.au

The current can be manually selected between 100mA and 3A. 100mA is much more appropriate for a 10440 cell. Often chargers default to 500mA, which is a bit high for a 10440 350mAh cell.
