Let me tell you right now, burnout is a real thing. I know because Iām currently experiencing it.
I love to encourage work-life balance, boundaries, and self-love. But burnout, exhaustion, and overwhelm happen to the best of us.
Looking at my books and knowing there is no day off in sight, between serving hair clients, showing up for private clients, studying, work conferences, and not even to mention mom/wife and household duties.
I donāt want this page to be all about ālook at me, Iām killing it,ā confident, successful, great work-life balance, because itās not my realityā¦.
Iām tired. Iām exhausted, and right now, Iām completely burnt out. And to the person about to write a comment like ārest babe, you need to take care of yourself,ā let me tell you these comments donāt help either.
This isnāt an attention-seeking post; this is a post to be raw and real & to let you know not to believe everything you see on social media. If youāre feeling overwhelmed, tired, like there isnāt enough time, like youāre not feeling good enough right now, youāre not alone.
We all have our moments.
