Today sees the release of “Hidden Code” on Endless: The first single from a new project for and . Both luminaries of the Australian scene, this collaboration arose from the sessions for recent LP. They comprise 2/3 of the current line up for Angus Andrew’s long running project.

Aside from Liars both musicians are well known for their work in groups such as , , and

Drawing from modern jazz, experimental and ambient electronics, and even English folk music, Hidden Code juxtaposes the plaintive and urgent. A fitting soundtrack for modern times.

Happy release day to Placement - their debut 7" 'Lost Sun' is out today!

Formed by a group of Adelaide creatives who all have experience in previous well known projects, Placement have emerged onto the scene almost fully formed. Through a juxtaposition of alternate tunings, dissonance, spoken word and rich vocal harmonies, the band have quickly built a reputation for their ferocious performance art.

It is a great privilege that our first LP (END005) is Jack Ladder's 6th album, HIJACK!, and it is out today.

For over a decade, Ladder has pursued the art of song writing tirelessly. Across stages both here and abroad, through the peaks and troughs of the industry crap shoot, ill health and heart break.

Do not be fooled by his sloth rock facade - his zeal is indomitable. Those in the know understand this. He is the songwriter's songwriter. His influence on the musicians around him is significant. He is an inspiration to me and many others.

I was able to obverse his singular drive first hand as he created HIJACK! Co-produced with his long time conspirator Laurence Pike, this is, in my opinion, his best album to date. It is a courageously honest piece of work that chronicles sadness, pain and isolation. It is also sometimes really funny.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we do....Endless Recordings.

Endless Recordings is excited to announce the signing of one of Australia’s most respected contemporary artists, Jack Ladder.

Beginning with 2005’s 'Not Worth Waiting For', Ladder has released five critically acclaimed LPs and has toured extensively both in Australia and overseas, playing with the likes of Bill Callahan, John Cale, The Killers and Weyes Blood.

2021 marks the 10th anniversary of his watershed album 'Hurtsville', originally released on the venerated S***k Records. Recorded in the dead of winter in a rural NSW mansion, it left behind the shuffling soul of its predecessor (the Australian Music Prize shortlisted 'Love is Gone') for an austere chronicle of longing and loss. Produced by Burke Reid (The Drones, Courtney Barnett, Julia Jacklin), it also marked his first collaboration with backing The Dreamlanders - an idiosyncratic group comprised of Kirin J Callinan (guitar), Donny Benet (bass) and Laurence Pike (drums). The album achieved damning reviews and widespread critical acclaim, again being shortlisted for the Australian Music Prize. It’s centre piece, the remarkable 'Cold Feet' was awarded Song Of The Year by Mess and Noise (RIP).

To celebrate the anniversary of 'Hurtsville', Endless is releasing a limited edition vinyl repressing of the album, out April 23rd 2021. This will be accompanied by 'Hurt Book', a collection of never before seen photos, lyrics and other ephemera, combined with essays and testimonials about the album from the likes of Sharon Van Etten, Lloyd Cole and Alex Cameron. The re-issue will also include Ladder’s original 'Hurtsville' demos, a intriguing document of the album’s genesis.

Jack Ladder and The Dreamlanders will be revisiting 'Hurstville' for the first time since its release this May, taking you through the depths of despair, and lifting you into the great heights of self-actualisation. We are excited to announce the inaugural signing to Endless Recordings: 100.

Dual frontmen Rowen Tucker and Jaryd Lee formed 100 in 2016 after moving from Gosford to Sydney's inner West. They have built a following based on their imposing live show, which brings to mind such acts as Fugazi , Slint and the Mark of Cain.

Their debut debut EP Cortisone was released independently in 2018 (a “savage, literate piece of punk” - Triple J) and have supported such acts as Shame (UK), the Lemonheads (US) Cold Chisel and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever. They were nominated for “Best Live Act” and “Next Big Thing” at the Fbi 2019 SMACs and were winner of the 2020 Sydney Laneway Unearthed competition.

100 will release their new single 'Psych' through Endless Recordings on November 18th.
