So during our last family activity, my son came up with a very home-brew rpg where he made up all the spells and character abilities. One of the very memorable ones was the ability to summon mushrooms to fight for you. This has become a ‘thing’ in our house. My oldest daughter drew an awesome image that inspired me to make the following characters (so far) as mushroom men.

So, my portable printer came in the mail, and I did a test run for SupaNova - a service where I take a photo from people’s phones (or actually take a photo) and either print it directly, or make it into a badge…

I love it!!

I look forward to doing this as a ‘Thing’ for my customers!

I've been spending some time working with a friend of mine who is starting an advertising campaign with their electronic newsletter. He asked me to design a template for housing the clients' ads. So far, this is the preliminary result (pending all the business partners agreeing to the final design.

I created the template that he can now use to insert ads, and rearrange the ad configuration.

So, I decided to share the very first digital portrait that I did for someone else. My niece was commenting on another niece's luck for winning such a portrait in a competition, and I offered to do one for her (not something I normally did, but I knew it was something I could do). I loved the process, and the result! I decided to make it something I did on a regular basis.
