🎅 Santa Photo Pick-Up Reminder 📸

All Santa photos from Richard Cox Photography are ready for collection and can be picked up from Kaylees in the Shopping Centre.

✨ Pick-up details:
• All sessions other than Christmas Eve were available the next business day
• Christmas Eve photos are available from 27th December, as advised on the day
• There are still quite a few orders waiting to be collected
• Please note photos will not be posted out — collection is required

We are almost fully booked across both days.
👉 Walk-ins will still be accepted if you’re happy to wait for an available spot.

Please also note that images taken on the 24th will not be available until the 27th and 29th Dec.

Please understand that wait times do occur. Abuse or swearing will not be tolerated — sadly we experienced this yesterday when a short 5-minute wait was advised.

📸 UPDATE – Monday 22nd December 📸

We are almost fully booked for Monday and Tuesday.

👉 Walk-ins are welcome if you’re happy to wait for an available spot.

🙏 We kindly ask that you please be respectful of those who have pre-booked if you haven’t secured a booking.

❗ Anyone without a booking who becomes difficult or disrespectful will not be offered a spot.

⏰ Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and allow extra time to find a park — it’s getting very busy around the shops. If you are late we will fit you in when we can.

Remember these are 5 min Santa photo sessions, there is very limited time to get your photo, please do not arrive expecting 3 or more different setups with all your family members.

We are so keen to get back into the dirt and dust for some QBRA barrel racing next year! 🐎💨

We’ve also got a special project in the works that we’re excited to roll out for the 2026 season — stay tuned, it’s going to be a good one.

Can’t wait to see all the familiar faces (and some new ones) back at the barrels next year!

We are booked through until 11:30am, with walk-ins available around existing bookings.

📸 Walk-ins are welcome, however there may be a short wait depending on the schedule. We’ll do our best to fit everyone in.

📅 Friday and Saturday are also filling up, so if you’re planning a visit, we strongly recommend booking a time slot to avoid missing out.

🙏 A huge thank you to everyone who has already had their session and taken the time to send messages telling us how much you love your photos — it truly means the world to us.

Our morning session is fully booked, with only a few spots left after 12pm.

📸 Walk-ins are still welcome, however please be aware you may need to wait or return later. We will do our absolute best to fit everyone in.

📵 Please note: Due to issues last week, no mobile phone photos will be permitted, sorry — this is how it will be moving forward.

If you’re putting time and effort into outfits, we strongly recommend booking a time slot to avoid missing out.

From the 25th of November 2025, we hit the road across the South to North Burnett to capture meetings, stories, and footage for an upcoming project.

It’s always great getting out and about, meeting amazing people and showcasing the incredible communities across our region.

With school now finished, Santa photo sessions are booking up fast!
Saturday 13th is fully booked — sorry, no walk-ins available.

There are still available spots Monday to Thursday, and next Friday and Saturday are filling quickly.

Update: Please note these sessions are booked for 5 min slots, 1 image printed generally from each session.

If you are wanting a full photoshoot please contact us to book one outside of the santa photos where we can spend the time to do so.
