Had the BEST DAY catching up with 🤍💖 talking about life, business, mental health and everything in between.

A cliché I live by: Happiness isn't a destination, it's the journey.

If you're waiting for something to make you happy- you need to alter your mindset and way of thinking. Work on being happy in the moment and focusing on the positive and what you can control.

FILM 4 REELS IN 30 MINS! 🙌🎥🎞️

1️⃣ Have your content preplanned by saving your inspiration. Save audio and tiktoks/reels you want to recreate (dances, topics etc) 🙋🏽‍♀️

2️⃣ Think about does your reel align with your content pillars and will it inform your audience? Will it make them laugh or inspire them? 🦋

3️⃣ Have a few tops to change into and add accessories or put on red lipstick like I did to change the vibe. 💄💋

4️⃣ GRAB THEIR ATTENTION- dance around, clap, jump into frame to catch the viewers eye and then hook them with your content!

And that's how you can film 4 reels IN 30 mins! Or less if you are a super star 🌟
