Hola amigos, espero que se mantengan a salvo.
Esto es lo que ha estado sucediendo en el fondo:
1. La cultura india se cargará en 3 días. ¡Qué producción tan fantástica y ciertamente lo pasamos muy bien y espero que lo disfruten también!

2. Luego habrá un video sobre la fibromialgia. Esta condición es muy común e incapacitante. Nos mantenemos en lo básico, en particular las estrategias de autoayuda que están médicamente comprobadas como eficaces para aliviar los síntomas.

3. Y sí, ayer tuvimos nuestra segunda producción fuera del estudio. Tuvimos la entrevista de cultura española en la hermosa ciudad de Sydney y esto se concluyó por supuesto con el flamenco y la danza clásica 💃🕺! No te puedes perder esta. Fue un thriller absoluto.

Hi friends,I hope you are keeping safe!
Here is what has been happening in the background:
1. the Indian culture will be uploaded in 3 days time. What a fantastic production and we certainly had great time and I hope you will enjoy it too!

2. Next will be a video regarding Fibromyalgia. This condition is very common and disabling. We keep to the basics particularly the self-help strategies that are medically proven to be effective in relieving the symptoms.

3. And yes yesterday we had our second out-of-studio production. We had the Spanish culture interview in the beautiful city of Sydney and this was concluded off course by the Flamenco and classical dance 💃🕺! You can't afford to miss this one. It was an absolute thriller.

Los medios de comunicación sociales y principales se acumulan con información sobre el Covid-19. No muchos médicos están dispuestos a discutir este tema candente simplemente porque no se sabe mucho sobre este virus. He hablado con los médicos que actualmente trabajan en este virus con la esperanza de encontrar una vacuna. En pocas palabras, nadie tiene la confianza suficiente para venir al programa a discutir, ya que aún no se sabe mucho. El panorama científico está cambiando rápidamente y cada día se continúa difundiendo más información. La conclusión es adherirse a la higiene estricta de las manos y evitar tocar la cara por todos los medios. ¡No puedo enfatizar esto lo suficiente!
Esta sigue siendo la habilidad y el hábito clave para adoptar. Vamos a enseñar a cada uno sobre esto, incluidos los niños. El virus ciertamente exige más respeto a diferencia de sus predecesores. Cualquier cosa que toquemos es una fuente potencial de infección: bombas de combustible, puertas, cestas de compras, carritos de compras, etc.
Lavarse las manos con agua corriente y jabón correctamente es tan bueno como usar un desinfectante para manos. Pero se están volviendo escasos de encontrar por esa razón.
Personalmente, recomendaría evitar lugares con mucha gente. Mi opinión.

Continuaré husmeando y lanzando actualizaciones a medida que surjan. ¡Mantente bien, mantente a salvo y que Dios los bendiga!

The social and main stream media is amass with info regarding the Covid-19. Not many physicians are willing to discuss this hot topic because simply - not much is known about this virus. I have spoken to doctors currently working on this virus in the hope of finding a vaccine. Put simply, no one is confident enough to come to the show to discuss as not much is known yet. The scientific landscape is changing rapidly and more info continues to spill out daily. The bottom line is to adhere to strict hand hygiene and to avoid touching the face by all means. I can't emphasize this enough!
This remains the key skill and habit to adopt. Lets teach each on this, including children. The virus certainly demands more respect unlike its predecessors. Anything we touch is a potential source of infection - fuel pumps, doors, shopping baskets, shopping trolleys etc.
Hand washing with running water and soap done properly is just as good as using a hand sanitizer. But they are becoming scarce to find for that reason.
Personally I would recommend avoidance of crowded places. My opinion.
