DAY 4 of our top 10 spots.
4. Alau Beach
There a few places to stay up around The Cape, but this park was by far our favourite.
It's not to far out of Bamaga. There is also a little grocery store close by.
We paid $35p/n here. No power but we had water.
We were camped right on the beach. These photos were taking literally at our door step.
There are toilets and showers and powered sites ( non beach front ).
These guys also have a pool ... which is refreshing. No swimming in the ocean here 🐊
There is also washing machines.
No dump point.
110% recommend this spot!

Awesome little free camp! And a bonus you can swim!
We stopped her for an overnighter, ended up staying four nights.

7. Carmila Beach, Carmila

🚐 You need to be self sufficient

🎣 Fishing
Easy access with car and van. Sand is hard all the way to the van sites ( most of the way is bitumen ).
Nice sites on the beach. Although you can't swim 🐊
The tide goes out a far way so good for the kids to play on the beach!

This was a little ripper or a free camp. With access straight to the boat ramp. We ran pots here and got a few mud spiders.
If you don't have a boat, no problems there is also good fishing from the bank.
This is a creek camp so there are midgies.
Easily accessible with a van.

The biggest question we get asked, what do you guys do for work on the road?
Without giving what we do a big flash name, we will call it, how we give families, like us the tools to be able to work and travel.
Now let's break down the actual number figures of what can be made within our business.
We sell one product a K8 - we get paid $365 when we are at 1A rank ( 1 - 2 Sales )
We sell the same product at a 2A Rank we get paid $730 ( 3 - 10 sales )
At a 3A Base we get paid - $1095 ( 11 - 20
Sales )
4A - $1460 ( 21 - 50 sales )
5A - $1825 ( 51 - 100 sales )
6A - $2190 ( 101 + sales )

Now that's just one product we distribute for Enagic and that's not even getting into the good stuff or the big dollars.
In our business you don't loose your rank.

So, what's it like to actually pack up and leave all your friends and family behind 🥺
SCARY! Is what it is.
But the last 6 months have taught us so much about ourselves and how resilient we really are.
We've stepped out of our comfort zone so many times which in result has made us so many new lifelong friends!
We've had some pretty average days and we've had some pretty awesome days on the road.
It's true when they say " it's not just the destination, it's who you meet on the way "
The girls pretty much always have new friends to play with. They have grown so much and have learnt an insane amount on the road.
Most people called us crazy for selling up and travelling, but we think crazy is staying in one spot trying to fill an empty cup day in and day out.

We've made it down the coast and spent the last week at Katie's families farm and then have made our way to Bucks Mums.
Feels so good to be back home. No we aren't stopping travelling, just here for Xmas and waiting out the NT wet season.

We’ve decided to stay here until sometime in November! We absolutely love this place.
You know what else we love! Being free.
To make decisions on how we want to be living our life.
Not dictated by work or commitments.
Not being manipulated into thinking that we need to give our lives away to a work place that we hate or doesn’t appreciate us.
Life’s good.
Make your life and live it how you want.
Money isn’t always the answer. You can always make it back. You can’t make time back.

📍 Cromarty Creek Boat Ramp
This is a free camp with a four night maximum stay.
There is a toilet.
We managed to catch a few muddies, which were delicious.
If you’ve got a boat and into fishing, this is the spot to be.

📍 Kurrimine Beach
The town was originally called Kurrimine which is believed to be an Aboriginal word meaning sunrise or dawn.
It’s also know for its walk to the reef.
What a beautiful little spot on the map.
This place felt like home and was hard to leave!

Babinda & Babinda Boulders
We recommend pulling in here on your travels.
And definitely pull into the bakery and get yourself a pie and a dessert! They were delicious.
There is also two free camps around this area to take advantage off!

📍 Chandarryl Farm Stay
If your looking for somewhere to escape the rat race, then this is it.
We camped right on the Mulgrave River which runs through this property.
It was so peaceful! You could literally hear yourself think!
The hosts/owners of this property were amazing and so helpful.
You do need to be fully self contained and top up all your water before arriving.
But honestly, we would come back to this spot over and over.
