How much I miss Morocco 🇲🇦 So much fun and so many beautiful experiences of my life 🥰 #morocco #visitmorocco #dimamaghrib #kenitra
Have you ever visited this place? I like to call it the "White House" of Rabat. It's a stunning and historic building, and although I don’t know all the details about its background, I once had an interesting conversation with a local police officer who shared the building’s story with me in a mix of English, French, and Arabic!
The local police officer I spoke with was incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to share the building’s story with me. He knew the history well, and I was eager to hear it. He took the time to explain everything, and I could see how hard he was trying, even though the language barrier made it difficult for me to fully understand. Still, I’m really grateful for his effort—I managed to catch bits and pieces, but I know there’s a much deeper story behind this building. One day, I’ll learn the whole story and share it with you all.
From what I gathered, this building dates back to the time when the French were in Morocco, and it’s one of the structures they left behind. It’s now being transformed into a museum and will eventually open to the public. This iconic site captures the blend of old history with modern Rabat, and I can’t wait to explore it once it opens.

This is Rabat, the capital of Morocco and a city close to my heart, having lived in Morocco for many years. Rabat blends rich history with a modern touch, making it one of my favorite destinations in Morocco. For those seeking a calm, relaxing experience, Rabat is a must-visit. Monthly Visit to the Muslim Cemetery | Remembering and Reflecting
As part of our ongoing efforts through Brothers In Need, we make a monthly visit to the Muslim cemetery. This act of visiting the graves holds deep significance in Islam. It allows us to reflect on our own lives, remember those who have passed, and pray for Allah’s mercy on their souls.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) encouraged visiting graves, saying: “I had forbidden you from visiting graves, but now you may visit them, for they remind you of the Hereafter.” (Sahih Muslim). By visiting, we remember the temporary nature of this world and prepare ourselves for the eternal Hereafter. We also make du’a for the deceased, asking Allah to grant them peace and forgiveness.
This practice not only benefits the souls of the departed but also serves as a humbling reminder to us about the importance of living righteously and staying connected to our faith.
If anyone is interested in joining us for these monthly visits, please feel free to get in touch. We welcome everyone who wishes to participate and make du’a for our brothers and sisters who have gone ahead of us.

Tonight, Brothers In Need returned to the city, as we do every Saturday night, joined by the wonderful team from Final Round Gym, who brought along an amazing group of volunteers to support our efforts.
Each week, we not only set up tables at Martin Place but also seek out those who can’t make it to us. We go directly to the places where we know the homeless are, offering food and drinks to ensure no one is left behind.
Our goal is to reach everyone in need. We deeply thank all the volunteers who stood with us tonight, and we will be back next Saturday, continuing our commitment to supporting our local homeless community.

I should have checked the weather forecast before my nightly walk 😂😩☔ #rainyday
Every Saturday night Brothers In Need gathers in Martin Place to provide care and support to those experiencing homelessness and others in need within our community. We offer hot meals, fresh fruit, and essential items to those who need them most.
Alongside food, we also distribute clothing and shoes, thanks to the generosity of local businesses. For instance, on this occasion, we were able to give out shoes, generously donated by @the foot general. A heartfelt thank you goes out to them, and to everyone who plays a part in making this possible.
This effort would not be possible without the kindness of individuals, businesses, and volunteers who give their time and resources week after week.
We are deeply grateful for their ongoing support. Together, we are making a difference, and we will continue to serve and uplift our local community.
