It is a unique and leading bilingual (Urdu / English) Australia based ethnic community magazine with huge circulation throughout Australia. We started this publication in 2006, which covers all topics from religion to politics and from social issues to health and education. The magazine also keeps an eye on international issues. Given that the magazine covers wide ranging issues authored by local

and overseas writers no wonder that the publication attracts hundreds of thousands of readers across Australia. We have purposely attached no price tag to the magazine as our aim is to reach all, to convey the message of peace and harmony. It is delivered at 30-35 outlets in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth and some parts of New Zealand. The publication is absolutely free of cost with approximately 30,000 general readerships. The magazine is also honorary presented to almost all Diplomatic offices and/or High Commissions and their associated consulates in Australia, top dignitaries of Federal & State Governments, political dignitaries, leading business organizations, Foreign Ministry offices, various religious, political, cultural & educational institutes, Community and Social organizations, associations, forums & commissions, prominent social & intellectual personalities etc. The magazine acts as a powerful tool in connecting various South Asian communities (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Middle East etc). اسلام آباد: وزیراعظم نے پراپرٹی کی فائلوں، بشمول پلاٹس، ولاز اور اپارٹمنٹس کی خرید و فروخت کی قانونی حیثیت، ریونیو اثرات اور ریگولیٹری فریم ورک کا جائزہ لینے کیلئے ایک اعلیٰ سطحی کمیٹی تشکیل دے دی۔

یہ اقدام فراڈ، ٹیکس چوری اور سرمایہ کاروں کے تحفظ سے متعلق بڑھتے خدشات کے پیشِ نظر کیا گیا ہے۔ سرکاری نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق، کمیٹی کے سربراہ وزیرِ قانون و انصاف ہوں گے، جبکہ چیئرمین ایف بی آر، تمام صوبوں کے سینئر ممبرز بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایس ایم بی آرز)، نیب کا 21؍ گریڈ یا اس سے اوپر کا ایک سینئر نمائندہ، چیف کمشنر اسلام آباد کیپیٹل ٹیریٹری اور ایسوسی ایشن آف بلڈرز اینڈ ڈیولپرز (آباد) کا ایک نمائندہ بطور ممبر شامل ہوں گے۔

کمیٹی کو رئیل اسٹیٹ سیکٹر میں رائج جائیداد کی فائلوں کی خرید و فروخت کے قانونی اسٹیٹس اور عملی طریقہ کار کا جائزہ لینے کی ذمہ داری دی گئی ہے۔ ساتھ ہی یہ کمیٹی وفاقی و صوبائی سطح پر حکومت کی آمدنی (محصولات) پر اس کاروبار کے اثرات کا بھی جائزہ لے گی۔

کمیٹی کا ایک اہم مینڈیٹ فائل ہولڈرز اور جائیداد کے خریداروں کے حقوق کا جائزہ لینا بھی ہے، خصوصاً ان معاملات میں جہاں ڈویلپرز نے فراڈ کیا ہو، جن میں جعلی یا دوہری فائلوں کا اجراء اور ایک ہی جائیداد کی ایک سے زائد بار فروخت جیسے معاملات شامل ہیں۔

ٹی او آرز (ٹرمز آف ریفرنس) کے تحت کمیٹی متعلقہ قوانین میں ترامیم کی تجاویز بھی دے گی تاکہ پراپرٹی کی فائلوں کی خرید و فروخت کو ایک باضابطہ قانونی فریم ورک کے تحت لایا جا سکے۔

اس کا مقصد ٹیکسوں کی درست وصولی کو یقینی بنانا اور رئیل اسٹیٹ کی خرید و فروخت کرنے والوں اور سرمایہ کاروں کو قانونی تحفظ فراہم کرنا ہے۔ کمیٹی کو یہ اختیار بھی دیا گیا ہے کہ وہ اپنے مینڈیٹ سے متعلق یا اس سے جڑے دیگر امور کا بھی جائزہ لے سکتی ہے۔

اسلام آباد: سابق ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی فیض حمید نے ملٹری کورٹ سے ملنے والی سزا کیخلاف اپیل دائر کردی۔

لیفٹیننٹ جنرل ریٹائرڈ فیض حمید کے وکیل میاں علی اشفاق نے تصدیق کی ہے کہ فوجی عدالت کی جانب سے سنائی گئی سزا کے خلاف 27 دسمبر کو اپیل دائر کر دی گئی ہے، تاہم انہوں نے اس کی تفصیلات بتانے سے گریز کیا۔

یاد رہے کہ فیڈرل کورٹ مارشل نے سابق ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی فیض حمید کو آفیشل سیکریٹ ایکٹ کی خلاف ورزی، اختیارات کے غلط استعمال اور پاکستان آرمی ایکٹ کی خلاف ورزی پر 14 برس قید کی سزا سنائی تھی۔
