When I first started hosting workshops,I thought I had to mold myself into a certain image—one that fit a “type” or looked like others in this space.
I was loosing my true self and felt a little off, like I was trying to wear someone else’s skin.
After some self reflection and genius experiences, I came to realize that the best way to connect—to truly reach others—is by just being myself. My authentic, sometimes awkward, imperfect, expressive self.
As I let go of trying to fit in and embrace my authentic way of being, I started to feel more connected—to myself and to those who join me in this journey.
So here’s my reminder to you: bring your full, true self to whatever you do. Your essence, your quirks, and even your perceived imperfections are exactly what make your presence impactful. Authenticity is our superpower.
