KVC Creations Gallery is run by Kane Dorrington, with a small staff of interns who are also local artist musicians and programmers. also known as "Kane VanChaos." He is a multidisciplinary artist, his wife Pam VanChaos is the curator, and entrepreneur together they founded the gallery to showcase local artistic talent and provide a platform for emerging artists to showcase an hold events in culture and the arts.

As the director of KVC Creations Gallery, Kane is responsible for:

1. Curating and signing off on all exhibitions and events
2. Pam aka Pam Hata Music is responsible for programming music for events and promoting local artists and their work through her partnered lable Original Sound Lounge and their sponsored networks
3. Andrea McLaren from Andrea M Artistry and m media ,a local artist and clothing deigner Manage the gallery's operations and administration
4. As a team in 2025 they will continue building partnerships with local businesses and organizations to keep on adding a vibrant new flavour to our historic South Grafton shopping village. The up coming after dark showcases will be featured in festival for the Grafton Reigion a big milestone for this family and friends run business in its 2nd year of retail.

Kane's passion for art, music, and community drives his vision for KVC Creations Gallery, which aims to become a hub for alternative and indie creative expression and cultural exchange in the valley
