Next Sunday the 19th of January, The Last Mob Podcast will be down at the Booralee Big Bash filming some content for a great cause.

Live streams, Interviews, videos, you name it, we have it.

So privileged to jump on board such a heart touching cause such as Su***de awareness.

From the day Wayne Bennett signed with Souths, I was a big advocate about how he could turn this club around, all of them training the house down, if all goes to plan for Souths, injury free, can get their strongest 17 on the park week in week out, stay disciplined, I believe they can win the competition, early prediction and obviously need to see them in action, but Wayne’s got these boys in the right headspace, you can see how happy they are, no ego’s, just knuckling down and focused.

Join us again on Sunday for our 3rd “Move for Mental Health” this month!

📅 Date: Sunday 17th November
🕒 Time: 9:30AM
📍 Location: Malabar National Park Walk

Let’s come together for a morning of physical activity and mental well-being. We’ll be participating in a walk and a yarn followed by coffee/tea if you drink it.

The morning is all about promoting mental health, building a supportive community, and having fun! All are welcome, so bring your family, friends, kids and pets along.
