Virgil Abloh, aged 41, died on 28th November after privately battling a rare form of cancer since 2019. Abloh, founder of Off-White and Menswear Creative Director of Louis Vuitton, took his designs from the couturier’s Milan workshop and into both Paris and New York Fashion Weeks, and in-turn revolutionised the fashion industry, elevating streetwear from ‘basics’ into its luxury status.
