Creating a feeling within a piece is something we really enjoy.

Working closely with Waterfront Agents and with the help of the wonderful Mel @ Suits Direct to dress our gents, we were able to bring this concept to life.

The brief? Elegance. The result? I guess you'll have to watch and find out. 😉

Shot on our RED Weapon Helium Camera in 8K for a crisp 4K Master with a little bit of old school lighting thrown in for good measure. 👍

We are really proud to announce one of our favourite videos, 22 Edward Street, was awarded a Bronze Award for Cinematography at the BADC - Brisbane Advertising and Design Club 2018 Awards on Saturday night. We absolutely love working with Dan, Imika and the team at Dowling Neylan Real Estate and want to extend a big thank you for their ongoing support. Being given not only the opportunity, but also the trust, to produce work like this for them is something we are incredibly grateful for. So thank you guys - this one's for you.

Honoured to have been given the nod to produce the Ray White Auction event again this year. This will be the biggest multi auction yet held on the Sunshine Coast.

The teams at Ray White Maroochydore Ray White Ray White Buderim Ray White Sippy Downs Ray White Kawana Ray White Nambour & Ray White Noosa are busy and working hard to bring the Real Estate event of the year to a packed house at Mercedes Benz Sunshine Coast on Sunday September 23rd.

Number of times we watch a piece before it goes out the door = About 50-100.

Number of internal tweaks and changes to a final cut before it goes to our client = About 30-60.

The time spent making sure nothing was left behind - Worth it.

There is something intangible about quality imagery. Give any two people the same day, same talent, same location, same camera, same brief and it will equate to vastly different aesthetic outcomes. No two 'eyes' are the same in Cinematography.

At Property Creative, we pride ourselves on bucking the norms and providing clients with exceptional imagery that is unique in the marketplace. Often imitated but never replicated.

The challenge for us is to always keep pushing the boundaries. Avoid the gimmicks and push always for a superior experience - not just a superior video.
