I landed in Australia with over 5 years of industry experience, with academics (Bachelor's) in Information Technology. Though I was a technology lover & enthusiast, I had to survive doing almost all kinds of jobs; from working in disability support to delivering food & vegetables, administrating the office, and so on. After passing through the uncertain times of my life, I came across an opportunity to operate a hospitality venue and succeeded with the help of my passion for technology. Technology made the revenue 4 times more than what the business started with. Seeing those results with my own eyes gave me a lesson:
“Technology must be accessible for all small businesses even with smaller budgets”
And that's how I came up with the idea of establishing a business that can create such bespoke technology solutions; a business backed by a fully functional team of high-end developers, savvy social media professionals, business technology experts, and POS partners, all set to deliver the best possible and affordable solution to small businesses. From Conception to Reality
Establishing a bouquet-style Digital Media Agency, rooted in my passion for technology, and the need of small businesses for quality, innovative, efficient, and budget-friendly technology solutions and digital products, is another end of my journey. The Digital Media Agency will be an exclusive distributor of a famous PoS software from India while an exclusively contracted company will be a key partner for project deliverables.

The success achieved in my hospitality venue was a realization that it all happened because we had digital systems in place before Covid-19 hit. There I felt the need for small businesses to be digitally ready for the future and recognized a flourishing business opportunity. My story preaches a belief that “getting digital” is the need of today, especially for the hospitality businesses that were hit the most by the pandemic.
