Your profile picture is often the first thing people notice about you online. That’s why having a clear, friendly photo of you is so important.

It instantly builds trust and shows you’re a real person, not a faceless troll or a spammy account.

When someone approaches me without a profile picture, my first thought is, “What are they hiding?” And I’m guessing I’m not alone in feeling that way.

Make your first impression count. Start with a photo that truly represents you, and let your authenticity shine from the very beginning.

𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀.

I know, I know,it’s disappointing. Scripts seem like a quick fix, don’t they? But let me ask you this: how often do they actually work?

I remember being handed a "perfect" script by my upline. “Just send this out,” she said, “it’s guaranteed to work!” Spoiler alert: it didn’t. The problem? It didn’t sound like me.

Sure, everyone says, “Tweak it, make it your own!” But let’s be real, when you’re just starting out, you don’t know how to do that. You’re nervous, desperate for a win, and hoping what worked for them will work for you.

So, you send it. And what happens? Crickets.

I’ve been there, it’s disheartening. You start doubting yourself, thinking, “Maybe this just isn’t for me.” But here’s the truth: there’s no magic script because success doesn’t come from copying someone else’s words.

It comes from learning, practicing, and finding your own rhythm. Start by having real conversations. Ask questions, listen, and get to know people. And whatever you do, skip the "Hey Girl!" messages unless that’s actually how you talk.

The best conversations are the ones that feel natural. So take your time, be genuine, and remember, it’s about connection, not just making a sale.

I take time to review what’s working and what’s not. I analyze results, tweak my approach, and keep improving.

Problem-solving is an ongoing process, stay adaptable and keep refining your strategy to attract the right people.

Get someone else to review your work. Take a look at your posts, check on your hooks and taglines.

Do not be afraid of positive or not so feedback.

Let’s talk about commitment, the kind where you invest in yourself. The kind where there’s no one else to blame if you don’t deliver.

Here’s the thing: So many people say they want change. They dream big, make promises, and talk about what they’re going to do. But when it’s time to step up? Excuses. Complaints. Fear.

And I get it, I really do. When I started in NWM and had to commit to purchasing my product, I had that oh no, what if this doesn’t work moment. But you know what? I realized it was up to me. It wasn’t about the product; it was about whether I was willing to show up and do the work.

Here’s the hard truth: If you’re treating your business like a hobby, don’t expect it to pay like a business. Calling it a "side hustle" doesn’t excuse half-hearted effort. If you want $1,000 a week, you have to put in the work and stop hiding behind excuses.

𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲. Surround yourself with people who won’t let you sit in fear—people who’ll challenge you, support you, and remind you that action beats excuses every single time.

What Type of Person Are You?

If I offered you $1,000 and all you had to do was talk to 3 strangers and get them to watch a webinar would you do it? What if it was $5,000?

When we want to change our lives, we say we’re willing to do whatever it takes. But let’s be honest most of us want results with as little effort as possible.

Think back to when you joined your NWM company. What promises were made to you? What were you told would happen if you just followed A, B, C? How did it feel? Were you excited, pumped, and ready to take on the world?

And then you talked to that first person. The one you thought would absolutely say YES!... but instead, they said NO WAY.

Did you stop there? Did you decide this business wasn’t for you? Or did you pick yourself up, learn from it, and try again?

Here’s the truth: Success isn’t for everyone. It’s for the ones who get back up after they fall. The ones who learn, adapt, and keep going even when the path feels tough.

I want to work with people like that. The ones who aren’t afraid of a challenge and know that every “no” brings them closer to a “yes.”

Get Off the Hamster Wheel

Who else feels stuck? Like the only option is to work until you can’t anymore? I felt that way for the longest time too.

In our 20s, 30s, and 40s, we’re in the thick of it raising families, chasing careers, juggling all the things. Then suddenly, the kids are grown, and one day, you hit 50 and think, “Holy crap, it’s about to be all about me again… but how?”

For years, I told myself I had to keep going, even when I felt trapped. The thought of slowing down or doing something different seemed impossible. I was afraid of starting over, afraid of failure, and, honestly, afraid of wasting what little energy I had left.
