Sometimes I go out in the wild with a collaborator and we do something I call a 'Photo Challenge'. This is an image I took of He took a similar one of me while we go on our adventure.

What is a photo challenge you ask?
🌟We both collectively create a small brief at the start and we are both equipped with a camera.
🌟GO WILD!
🌟We take as many pics as we can each of everything and anything (need a biggish SD card for this).
🌟In our own time, we sit and edit one image in a photo editing software (or not, up to you!)
🌟Then, we submit to our family or close friends to vote between the two images.

The winner goes away feeling good and the second place etc goes away learning a skill in creativity. I love this activity and encourage anyone and everyone to give it a try!

When I spontaneously went to this exhibition in GOMA I wasn’t prepared for how much empathy and emotion I would feel experiencing these art works. I could see how the display bled from different aspects of the artist's life and I was not only empathetic, but also sympathetic.

This was an immersive experience that had me in awe.
The exhibition is not currently displayed, and I share these images and thoughts now due to how it was a soul wrenching journey for me. I wonder how other people felt?
