When all the key bases are covered in life.

It can be a great period for us to rest in. Particularly so for us women.

To pause and absorb the softness of having landed on one's feet.

Especially for women like myself who have moved through the upheaval of divorce proceedings, re-establishing ourselves into the paid employment environment again and juggling solo mum life.

I feel it can be valuable to take stock and notice the comfort of having ticks in most of the boxes again. A relief...

Where the bills are covered, home is sorted, relationships, for the most part, are pretty well in check and your kids have what they need to live well, and then throw in the odd holiday and leave from work.

There comes a time in life when you just can't continue bluffing yourself.

You know you're a wildly dynamic woman yet your everyday life feels way too vanilla for the kind of spark you KNOW yourself to contain.

If you're anything like me, it is a savage a blow when you start comprehending that YOU and YOU alone can make ANYTHING happen. But it's also exhilarating right?

That you're going to have to make some changes, possibly some BIG changes to move yourself towards the kind of life experiences your soul is yearning for.

I recall when it started to clamber into my awareness, maybe in my early 30's...

The contrast of the HOLLOWNESS I felt much of the time against this tingly warm feeling of EXPANSION that would come upon me when I imagined some of the alternate futures available.

I imagined a life where I felt FREE to express myself, dress the way I wanted, speak the way I wanted and connect in the ways that felt most alive to me.

The last decade really, has been an enormous initiation into the depths of what I am really here for.

There's been so many layers to peel back & yet, this SPARK, it's been with me all along.

NOW, its a non-negotiable.

I check in with my inner feminine essence multiple times daily - my soul spark!

What does this timeless wisdom want to bring to my awareness today? What does my body need? What's the best way to address this or that?

I lean into my community, keep connected, share my experiences and open myself to be a safe place to rest for other women.

For me (and for us all I believe) the expansion starts happening at quantum speed once we find safety with other women.

Every day I'm connecting with other women who are devoted to living intentionally and in alignment with what nourishes their soul spark.

We're learning together, we call each other forward when we sense there's a BLUFF in play and we absolutely celebrate every tiny win.

The perfect recipe for a life well and fully lived!!

I LOVE how playful and creative having an online marketing business has allowed me to become.

7 years ago, there's no way on Earth I'd have paid a team of make up artist, stylist, costumer designer and magazine photographer to do a full day photoshoot.

In fact, it would have made me cringe hardcore if I'd seen someone else doing that!!

How VAIN.... Eeww 🤮

Before:

I hated having my photo taken.
I felt awkward and weird looking

I hated having a compliment sent my way
I felt uncomfortable under the spotlight

Then one day I realised...

💫 I was attached to what others thoughts and could instead use that energy to find out what I was really like.

💫 Putting myself down to avoid being vain wasn't noble or morally more esteemed.

💫 I owed it to myself to express the fullness of who I am.

💫 That life could feel much lighter if I allowed myself to play in this avatar of Jaiyde, rather than fit whoever I thought I was meant to be.

NOW:

Having an online business has forced me (and I chose it) to come waaaay out of my shell 🐚

And there's still so much more to excavate too!!
Which excites me!!! And challenges me.

The thing that really makes this way of living and business so deeply rewarding is that I get the never-ending support of a team of humans who are also on this path of self-discovery.

Some are social media whizzes and froth on sharing their stories!!

Some have never shown their face online before!!

Some are super BOLD in their self-expression and help others break down their barriers to self-expression.

Some cry waterfalls of tears when they post their first video of themselves online, having broken through to a deeper level of self love and acceptance.

And we support each other through every self-imposed limitation.

Making money while working deeply on personal expansion and development just makes so much sense to me.

I made a one-time investment and now have boundless access to areanas of men and women who are devoted to helping others liberate themselves...

For those who are new to my page!! Welcome!

I'm Jaiyde, a solo-mum of 3 beautiful children who live on the glorious Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

I love to dance & train my body in ways that feel fun & freeing. I love good quality food (though profess I'm not the best cook). I'm obsessed with all things breathwork & I am constantly absorbing new information through books, podcasts, audio & online courses.

I'm a deeply feeling human & enjoy connecting deeply with those who's company has me curious.

For many years I worked as a corporate lawyer, and while many aspect of that role were positive I feel I really found my calling when I began working with women to support them to feel safe in their bodies again after decades of living disconnected from their true essence and desires.

I have an incredible partner who lights my heart up every single day & I feel blessed to have had the courage to become a woman who could hold such a deep and powerfully loving relationship.

I mostly connect with women online through my mentoring programs however am feeling deeply called to return to in-person breathwork events and feminine embodiment experiences.

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GIVE UP THAT VICE??

What is the ONE thing you KNOW would IMPROVE the quality of your life exponentially yet you can't seem to make happen?

Do you ever wonder why its so hard to make "that thing" happen?

To kick that unhealthy habit?

To take up a habit that will grow you in the way you KNOW you desire to grow?

Have you considered that there is A PART of you who feels more comfortable where you are right now (even if that isn't a particularly comfortable place on the whole) & is actually deeply threatened by any change to "it's" status quo.

That part of you loves the certainty & short term comfort of your unhealthy eating habit, EVEN IF it means your clothes get too tight & you can't stand to look at your body in the mirror.

That part loves the certainty of your daily wine session, EVEN IF it means you're lacklustre & sluggish the next day.

That part feels safe in the certainty of your pay check to pay check lifestyle in a job that bores the life out of you, EVEN IF it means you can't sleep properly because you're worried about your finances.

That part of you, is usually clambering for those small, fleeting comforts and safety (despite the longer term pain) because at some time during your earlier life, that part of you did not get it's needs met and so found ways to experience 'safety' in the unsafe. It found ways to experience comfort in your discomfort.

But now that you're older and wiser and more capable of meeting your own needs, (meaning you don't need to accept less than what you truly desire) you find yourself stuck in these less than desirable habits.

How do you make the shift? How do you "get rid" of that part that keeps you stuck??

The answer, as you can imagine it's multi-faceted & yet really it's quite simple.

And it goes against the grain of what many of us have been indoctrinated into. That old system way of old tells us to discard and reject those 'faulty' part of ourselves.

Yet the answer lies in the very opposite strategy.

With appropriate support we can learn how to identify those parts (also called Shadow Selves) and apply a 4 step process to INTEGRATE those parts and bring them back into balance.

It's called the Shadow Self because, until we explore these patterns of behaviour they are essentially unseen and invisible, living in the shadows of our conscious awareness.

Therefore, bringing awareness to the unhealthy pattern when it's playing out or has recently played out is the beginning point of bringing this aspect out of the shadows. Once visible, we can accept the truth of what 'that part' is experiencing. From this point we can begin to dig a little deeper into why that part of ourselves might have the needs it does. This drops us in to the perfect opportunity to then deeply nurture that part of ourselves and build a plan for how to help support that part with having it's deeper needs met.

A pattern of unhealthy eating is never truly about the eating.
A pattern of alcohol indulgence is never truly about the booze.
A pattern of unsuitable men is never truly about men.

It is ALWAYS locked in by a deeper, invisible unmet need.

Getting to the core of that need is the KEY to unlocking ones' self from the unhealthy pattern & freeing ourselves for the life we KNOW we are capable of creating.

Is seeing the way my practices have helped me begin to master my nervous system under challenging circumstances.

My capacity to hold calm in the s**t storms of life is LIT right now 👌

I read that a sign of a powerful leader (of a family, business or the world 🌎!!) is someone who can stay regulated under pressure.

They don't suppress or bypass their emotions but they have such a tight relationship with their own inner reality that they can feel, process and then move and take action from a place a clarity - where most others would act from a place of emotional reactivity.

They don't act from such a disregulated state because they rarely get to that level of hyper-arousal where the pre-frontal cortex goes off-line.

When I know I can hold myself through the big things, it means I'm creating more of my life from a place of prosperity, love and desire rather than from fear, survival and scarcity.

This is where the inner work, bears fruits in my external life.
