We're welcoming Men's Health & Wellbeing Western Australia to The Wonder Co family, working with them this Mental Health Month to launch their Strength In Asking campaign.

Did you know a staggering 75% of su***des are male, yet men constitute only 20% of those seeking su***de intervention support? Or that more than one in five females saw a health professional for their mental health, compared with one in eight males?

To combat this, Men’s Health and Wellbeing WA want to reach as many men as possible between now and International Men’s Day on the 19th of November with an important message: Many young men face mental health challenges - help normalise mental health challenges and break the stigma, by sharing your story with friends and seeking professional help if needed.

We know that friendship interventions have the potential to improve and protect mental health, and that sharing a problem leads to better outcomes, so the ‘Strength In Asking’ social media campaign is encouraging you to share an experience or impart advice to your younger self via social media, with the hashtag hashtag .
