I started this page with the intention of taking women into the wilderness. A holding space. I find however that it is not as easy as I thght; it's seasonal, the opportune times for each individual differs, reservations or fear around one's own capability came into it.

I still believe in it as a natural transformer and I have seen many connecting back to nature, going on nature walks as a result of sharing and so it has had some effect and perhaps that was all that was required.

Thank you everyone.

I shall now follow another creative avenue.

Thought I'd share the Bibbulmun E2E Certificate awarded last year.
It seems surreal at times, especially as you travel by vehicle back through or by some of the areas.

1000km and yet each day's focus is in the moment of what we will see, encounter or the challenges that we face in reaching a particular destination (camp hut or town).
Each day is just one step and many days steps make up the totality of the journey.

A good way to approach life. 💚😊💚

The Serpent Walk:

Women's Wellness Walk in Wilderness.

To grow, a Serpent/Snake must shed its skin. Freeing itself from the old is no easy process.
It may go off its food, be a bit aggressive and its eyes cloud over. It sheds first from its head.
Once that is free it will inch by inch wriggle free from the remainder.
The old skin will be absorbed by the earth.

The Serpent Walk is an analogy synonymous to the serpent shedding its skin and our own life struggles to free ourselves.

This is no ordinary walk, embraces all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Think of connection, circle, nature, intention, natural breathwork, support, release, exercise, seeding in the new & perhaps some feel good pheromones.
