Uhmm hey pet peeve…

I speak to so many women who run incredible businesses and are so successful at what they do but technology isn’t their strong suit 🤯

what is being an entrepreneur to you? ✨

to me it's a combination of many things, not limited to:
~ not being able to sleep because ideas keep popping into my head
~ having notes upon notes on my phone of ideas
~ wanting to tell everyone about my ideas
~ working late into the night to get my ideas off the ground
~ imposter syndrome
~ remembering how far I've come
~ worrying people won't like my idea
~ lonely days while I focus on building my business

all in all it's a lot of ups and downs but it is worth it 👏🏼

Instagram is changing, we know. It can seem almost impossible to get your content seen by your target audience these days 😣

Being a business owner can be f*cking sh*t sometimes.

You're being pulled in a million different directions by clients, staff, tasks, admin, research, marketing, product management, I could keep going but you catch my drift... 😣

It's okay to feel like you want to give up... life would be so much easier if you just worked a 9 to 5 and left work at the door when you leave only to pick it up the next morning wouldn't it? Evenings and weekends would be work and worry free and you would have more time to do things you love and enjoy! Sounds like a dream right? 🤩

But that's not you and that's not me. As entrepreneurs we are wired differently. We see the world differently to others, we are impulsive, we act and think on our feet and we are problem solvers. Running a business is stressful yes but the feeling when an idea clicks and you get it right? That is incomparable! 🥳

When a client tells you how your product/service has changed how they live, has boosted their confidence or just made day to day life easier, you just cannot beat the pride and joy you feel in those moments 🥰

So yeah running a business can be sh*t every now and again, but I wouldn't have it any other way 👏🏼🤍
