🔥🔥 Faten - is an upcoming fashion designer ready to take her designs to the world. "Horus by Faten" will be showcasing with her first collection "Cleopatra" at 2022 Miss Earth Australia & Multicultural Fashion Shows. Faten is a 45 year old mother with three amazing adult sons who she is so proud of and loves very much. She has a passion for fashion and says her designs are ancient Egyptian inspired with a modern twist. Her mother has helped to make her dreams come true and has worked on the range with her patterns and sewing. Faten has kept tight lipped about her designs but she joins the shows host Michael by also co hosting this weeks show and we dig deep into her world of fashion, her designs, her story and much much more.

🔥🔥 Miss Earth Australia - National Director, Julieta De Leon and Production Director Marc Baylon join in to talk the the upcoming Miss Earth Australia launch & fashion show and the importance of this pageant with a cause and it's advocacy and the important charities they give back to in order to raise awareness on our planet (Mother Earth) and much more.

THE MIDDAY MUSTER - 12PM SUNDAYS

The Midday Muster with Dani Young has moved to Sundays. The Midday Muster is a country music show that puts fans in the hot seat, with video submissions on the topic of the day and a live songwriting sessions using fan comments as lyrics. The show also features exclusive interviews and live performances from country artists, and the latest industry news.

WHAT MATTERS - 7PM TUESDAYS

Joanne X Ellias (Jojo) is moving to her own show “What Matters” an exciting new show covering current affairs and discussing all topics, even the controversial ones. The guests invited on the show will be surprising.

AT HOME - 7PM WEDNESDAYS

At Home will be headed by William Brougham who will get to invite his own co-host. Each week William will either host the show on his own or bring in a co-host of his choice. Who knows who William will invite to join him, we just know we will continue to have amazing guests for our At Home hosts to chat with.

LET’S GET DEEPER - 7PM THURSDAYS

Let’s Get Deeper replaces the Michael & Jojo Show and will see Belinda Joh joining Michael El-Bacha as co-host. Building on their success with Let’s Get Deep on radio 2RRR, Belinda and Michael are set to go further with Let’s Get Deeper.

LIFESTYLES - NEW DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED

Lifestyles Hosted by Tais Froggatt is taking a short break as Tais has flown out to Malta. Tais will be spending the next few weeks working onboard a luxury yacht sailing between Sicily and Malta with 8 exclusive guests onboard. What a great way to be in iso. All going well, Tais will be hosting her next show live from onboard, that’s what we’re hoping anyway, fingers crossed…

Coming up on the Michael & Jojo Show tonight is the self proclaimed Chameleon & Diva Ella Ganza who has worm many hats and made headlines for various reasons.

Ella was the first trans women of colour to work for a major airline in 2014. She also formed the Runway Dance Crew which was the first LGBTQI+ hip hop dance crew in Australia that went on to represent Oz as the first ever dance crew to make it to the finals of the Hip Hop international in the US.

Currently Ella has been shaking up the city of Brisbane with the launch of her First Nations LGBT+ collective: The Runway Movement, a performance and activist group that stands for coloured representation within the gay community, a group that seeks to constantly push the boundaries of intersectionality through the media’s of cultural, contemporary and urban performance styles like dance, art, film, photography and drag.

Finally Ella has also achieved the incredible by forming the first Vogue Haus of Brisbane, The Haus of Alexander carries on important cultural traditions rooted in the Vogue Ballroom scene of the U.S, and continues to push to the forefront the fierceness and richness of POC creativity, and the desperate need for representation and safe spaces within not only the gay community but the community at large.

We are so excited to have this powerhouse on our show tonight.

Let your inner child run free’💃🏼

Being an ‘adult’ doesn’t mean you can’t dress up and express yourself the way you want!! In fact now is the time to do all of that.

Not yesterday not next year not tomorrow but TODAY & the NOW!!

Most of the rules we abide by have been made up along the way from the conditioning placed up us from our childhood, our parents, society etc

You can’t do this / you can’t do that... I CALL IT BS!!

I never have and never will he told what to do or what to say!

I truly believe YOU can do ANYTHING you want ALL you need is a little FAITH, a s**t load of SELF BELIEF and a touch of permission do so from YOURSELF!!

Honestly, when was the last time you fully expressed yourself the way you wanted without any self doubt?

Do you remember how good and free you felt?

Always know the ball is in your court and it’s simply up to you take the drivers seat and lead the way!!

Just go for it!!!

ANNOUNCEMENT 🎤

We have some very special guests coming up on the Michael & Jojo Show 7pm Thursday night.

Yarraka & Quaden Bayles descend from a long line of Aboriginal activists who are well known in the Indigenous Australian community for their humanitarian work.

Quaden is a 9 year old boy who was born with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism. He has gained a large following since the age of 4 when a documentary aired that covered his first life saving surgery in 2015. Quaden has since had several other surgeries in a bid to improve his quality of life and he continues to defy the odds as he bounces back strong after each obstacle.

Yarraka is a mother and grandmother who has dedicated her life’s work to building a more accepting and inclusive world for all.

As passionate advocates for human and animal rights and social justice, Yarraka and Quaden continue to honour the legacy of their parents, grand parents and ancestors in working for the greater good of humanity.

We are honoured to have them on our show.
