This week has been a powerful mirror.
A reminder.
And a full-body confirmation of what I no longer want.

I had to step back fully into my recruitment business
The one that’s served me and my family for years.
And while I’m grateful for what it’s given me…
the contrast was LOUD

Driving into the city each day,
racing the clock,
no slow mornings, no leisurely beach walks,
no spaciousness to breathe or move with my own rhythm.

Just deadlines.
Back-to-back interviews, meetings & calls.
Pressure.
And a body that kept whispering, “This isn’t it anymore.”

That business once felt like freedom.
Now it feels like a cage….one that looks shiny from the outside, but still keeps you trapped inside the same system we were all taught to live in.

Work harder.
Climb higher.
Chase the next client, KPI, goalpost.
Ignore the exhaustion because “this is just how it is.”

But the truth is…
we’re not trapped by the system.
We’re trapped by our choices to keep saying yes to it.
To keep climbing ladders that no longer lead to our dreams.

And I’m done with that.

Because I’ve seen what’s possible when women choose differently.
When they build a business that works for them…not the other way around.
When their mornings start slow and sacred.
When their income flows through leverage, automation, and impact….not hours chained to a desk.

This week didn’t drain me by accident.
It reminded me of my mission…”to help women break free from the old paradigm”…
and rise into one where wealth, health, freedom, and feminine flow coexist.

Because you don’t have to keep living for weekends, holidays, or “someday.”
You get to build a life where every day feels like yours again.

The choice is the portal.
And you’re one decision away from freedom.

Last year on my birthday, I cried on the beach and promised myself….this won’t be the ending of my story. 🥳

Last year…..same day, same ocean…I sat on the sand in tears.

There was so much emotion and chaos close to me and I felt like I was going through a storm….The waves were loud, but the thoughts were louder.
I remember gripping the shoreline like a lifeline, praying for answers and the strength to hold it all.🙏

This year was different.
After months of health battles that pulled me under… after hitting a low in July that scared me… I took myself to Bali at the end of August. I breathed again. I walked barefoot, drank in the sun, and felt my energy return….slowly at first (70% and rising), but enough to remember who I am.

And then this weekend happened.

Saturday: seven hours in an intimate VIP room with a multi–7-figure online mentor and twelve of us, open, ready, receiving.
Sunday: a full-day event that beautifully blended strategy and energetics.

The final speaker moved me to my core…the way she embodied both, the way she’s created a movement of impact and freedom. I could feel the ripple she’s made… and I knew, deep in my bones, that this is exactly what I’m here to do too.

Yesterday, on my birthday, I let it all land.

A quiet morning to fill my own cup. A beautifully laid out present from my three big kids (orchestrated by my daughter🙏). Lunch with my brother and my best friend.

Then dinner that was pure, joyful chaos…family, partners, pooches, laughter, noise, love.
Messy. Real. Perfect.

What changed?

Not the ocean. Not the family I love. Not the responsibilities.

ME…I didn’t quit on the vision while life was heavy.
I stayed connected. I kept learning. I trusted that seasons turn, energy returns, and clarity always finds you when you keep showing up.

If you’re in a tender season right now, borrow this:
Your lowest day doesn’t predict your next chapter.
Your body can heal. Your energy can rise. Your clarity will come.

And when you decide….really decide…to build a life with leverage, freedom, and legacy… the right rooms appear, the right mentors arrive, the right movement begins to breathe through you.

I’m more committed than ever to the women I’m here to support. The movement for the ones ready, who feel the nudge, who are done trading hours for a capped life, who want slow mornings, ocean walks, generous choices, and wealth that outlives them….to live a life that feels like theirs again.

From tears on the beach → to a table full of laughter → to a vision so clear it hums in my soul.

What a year. What a rebirth. What a beginning.

“My Turning Point”

18 months ago, I realised something that shook me to my core…😳

If I kept going the way I was, I was going to retire tired and broke.

I’d spent 10 years working for someone else, and the last 30 years running my own business.
But even then, the model I was in was still billable by the hour.

It meant my income was capped, my time was never truly my own, and there was zero leverage

If I stopped working, so did the money.

After analysng so many options…
I found a different path.

A business model that didn’t demand I trade my health, my time, or my soul for an income!

One that will allow me to build around my life
Not squeeze my life into the cracks left over after work.

It gives me back my time, my energy, and the ability to dream again.

I founded Celly Brown Global and developed a transformational 3 part “Freedom System” with the belief that it’s never too late to live your best life.

My coaching and education programs focus on empowering women to reclaim their soul purpose, passion and happiness and create a life full of choices, abundance and freedom.

To support women in creating financial independence I also have an online digital solution that leverages the booming digital economy and power of the internet. Financial freedom gives you choices!

I often work with women who are feeling stuck, dependent, disconnected with who they are, burnt out and who are looking to create greater financial independence and abundance, want to have more impact, more choices and want to work smarter not harder.

I have made it my MISSION to help women to break free from past conditioning and patterns empowering them to unleash their greatness and create financial independence and abundance.

I believe every woman has a right to wake up each day and feel empowered and excited to live a life of alignment and fulfilment and to share their gifts with the world.

My Story

After following “the traditional system” all my life I found myself in a position of sole parent to 3 children, I had 6 figure debt post a divorce, my traditional business came to a standstill, my savings were exhausted and we were evicted. I couldn’t figure out how …. after working hard all my life, how I ended up in this position.

At “a line in the sand moment” 2 years ago, as my daughter looked me in the eye asking me what we were going to do if we had nowhere to live (the truck was only a few short hours away and we did not have anywhere to move to) I vowed I would figure out how I got to where I was ….

and spend every moment learning and developing myself to move as far away from that destitute moment and the feeling of being an absolute failure!

As my life completely changed over the next 2 years with my business going from beyond broke to 5 and multiple 5 figure months, 7 trips in 2019, being able to help my kids in ways I never thought I would be able to and seeing the foundations building where I have choices!

Choices … to spend time with family locally, take off and catch up with family interstate when I want to, or if the need arises.

To have the choices, flexibility and freedom that comes from doing the inner work, releasing limiting beliefs that no longer serve me an creating new ones that align with the life I want to create.

To be creating the financial freedom that allows me to make the choices that I want has literally changed the way my family is living our lives. There are always new barriers to breakthrough and grow but life is exciting!

What is more exciting and fulfilling has been figuring out what I did to change my life and developing programs and education to empower others to do the same. I believe so deeply that women should also be financially independent. I grew up with my Mum struggling in this area and then experienced the very same thing and it robs you of being able to live the life you desire and make the choices you want to make for you and your family.

So yes you need to do the the inner work and change your money story but I also wanted to help women create financial abundance to empower them to make their own choices! After much research and trialling and error on my part I found an opportunity that has the 3 keys I knew you needed for online success and so much more with an unrivalled compensation plan.
