Following the raging success of .melbourne’s ‘The Bear’–inspired Italian Dip, the team has created a second-to-none sequel: the Vodka Cotoletta Sandwich. Available at lunch throughout September and October for $15, queues have been forming around the block since its launch at the beginning of the month, with the sandwich selling out in under an hour each day. Think crunchy, fried-to-order chicken, drenched in rich vodka sauce, and finished with creamy stracciatella and a smear of chilli salsa verde. RUN!! 🥪
