Might cut off twitch. Sounds like a bad platform.

This will be Twitch's second large scale layoff in less than a year after cutting 400 jobs in March 2023.

If you’re a fan of sci-fi, Isaac Asimov’s “Three Laws of Robotics” are probably familiar to you. And they’re about to get even more familiar, as Google is using them to create guardrails for its latest robot advancement. The company’s DeepMind team developed the safety rules as Google focuses on creating robots that can complete complex tasks based on a simple request like cooking a delicious meal or cleaning up. Since these tasks can lead to potential risks to surrounding persons like the splashing of boiling water or a mis-aimed cut of a meat knife, Google’s DeepMind team created a “Robot Constitution” with rules for the company's latest robot system. “These rules are in part inspired by Isaac Asimov’s Three Laws of Robotics – first and foremost that a robot ‘may not injure a human being,’” Google wrote in the blog post. “Further safety rules require that no robot attempts tasks involving humans, animals, sharp objects or electrical appliances.” Additional layers of safety other than the Robot Constitution have also been implemented as well.
