We're looking for experienced individuals to join our clients' drill crew for the following positions:

1️⃣ Minerals Exploration Drillers Assistant (FIFO)

Location: Central Australia FIFO from agreed airport
Accommodation: Camp-style accommodation and meals provided
Roster: 20 days on, 10 days off
Responsibilities: Assist in mineral exploration drilling operations, handle drilling equipment, collect and prepare samples for analysis, maintain drilling rigs, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements: Cert II in Drilling Operations, Driver's Licence (HR preferred), Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Forklift Licence, Work Safely at Heights, Work in Confined Space, and basic knowledge of drilling operations.
Desired Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, familiarity with exploration drilling techniques, and experience with collecting and handling samples.

Location: Rockhampton, QLD (preferred) or willing to relocate
Responsibilities: Assist the Driller across all aspects of drilling operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain a strong emphasis on safety.
Requirements: HR Licence, White Card, Current First Aid Certificate, Ability to pass company medical including drug & alcohol screening, and previous rig experience is highly desirable.

3️⃣ Drillers (WA)

Location: WA
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage field drilling operations on a single rig, ensure compliance with company standards, mentorship of crews, and liaison with project representatives.
Requirements: HR Licence, White Card, Current First Aid Certificate, Ability to pass company medical including drug & alcohol screening, and Cert III in Drilling Operations is desirable.

Our client has set up a training environment for potential Trainee Drillers that are located in NSW, QLD, SA & NT.
If you can answer Yes to the following questions, then we need to talk
1. Do you have the right to work in Australia?
2. Do you hold an Australian HR Licence is mandatory?
3. Do you have a Minimum 12 to 18 months experience assisting drilling operations within the minerals exploration or coal exploration environment?
4. Do You have a Certificate II or III in Drilling Operations?
5. Are you Enrolled (or be prepared to enrol) in Certificate III in Drilling Operations?
6. Do you have a current first aid and CPR?
7. Can you provide a National Police Clearance?
8. Have you been drilling under supervision?
9. Have you been involved in the Rig set up, mobilisation and demobilise of the rig and equipment?
10. Can you pass a full company medical including Drug and Alcohol screening
If you answer yes to the above then the job role for you is Trainee Driller, where you will be sent on a 4-6 week drilling training environment where you will learn the functions and controls of the drilling rig and an excellent opportunity to obtain drilling skills on a new rigs with hands free rod handlers in a controlled environment providing a chance to move into minerals or coal work. Chartered flights are on offer and camp accommodation and meals all provided whilst in the training environment.
