When you've been spoilt with delicious filtered water for 3 years, you don't realise how much you rely on good tasting water.

We have been struggling without our water machine this week while we are in Cairns. The tap water is just... well... tastes dirty... unfiltered... even in the "filtered" water stations, it is not as filtered as we are so used to.

The four of us have had less water intake or resorted to drinking bottled water.

So I guess the point of this post.. if your concerned about the water you and your family are drinking... let's chat and discuss a machine for you and your family. It truly is life changing.

Can I just say... holidaying in the van is so much easier!!!

We are planning a trip without the van... there is so much to think of...

🚘Airport parking is between $100 and $400 for the week
✈️Plane tickets are $70 each, each way plus baggage allowance
🏢Accommodation (we got a great deal and for 7 nights $2197) This also includes entry to a local tourist attraction worth $163 plus a day tour worth $796) and breakfast 5 of the days ( we are staying at two different places)
Car hire $500 for the week
2 new carry-on suitcases for the girls (ended up with children themed ones from bigw) $118

I know it's a brilliant deal... but for a family that is so used to packing up and driving off with no real plans... this was a lot to plan and much dearer than a normal trip for us.

But... we are excited and can't wait to share with you where we are going...

In the meantime... we would love to see your guesses on our trip location and the activities we might get up to!!!

Well, it's been a hot minute or two since being on socials.

We have been so busy taking time out for us, getting settled into a house, school, and everyday life.

Elle has stayed playing Rugby League and loving it, or contacting business is going great. Online had been totally quiet, or own choice.

But, we are ready to rock 'n' roll into the last half of 2024!! Can you believe it's June?

There has been a price rise on the products, first time in 50 years (tell me something that hasn't gone up lately) but don't let that stop you from getting in and finding out how you learn all things online.

If you've been on the fence for a while, ask yourself what you could have made in that time?

I will let you in on a little secret... if you're waiting for the right time, there is none. Honestly, there will never be a right time. There will always be something happening, a bill to pay, a meal to cook, a sick child, a busy day, a hard day, a long day.

The right time is the time you say, "Let's do it."

We did a thing!

We lived in a 22'6 caravan for a little over 2 years, we homeschooled, we worked, we travelled, we grew, we loved, we learnt, and we made beautiful memories.

This March, we decided we needed a little more space to grow our businesses, we needed space for the school bags, we needed space for the dance bags and footy bags, we needed to allow our girls the option of play dates and experience life in a house 🏠

As we sit here putting together the old famous flat packs that have finally been delivered, we know we have made the right choice for us and our family.

One week of living under the roof of a house looking out over the lawn at our big van sitting there is a good feeling.

Is this the end of travelling? Absolutely not. We will be travelling on and off, long and short trips living the life we love whilst having space to continually grow and live.

We have been incredibly quiet 🤫 across our socials, but we are ready to share snippets of our life again, the good the bad and the ugly.

Absolutely, we are living the good life!! It's been a hot minute, and there is so much going on. Edith is getting ready for school in 2025. We have re-signed our lease (yep, sticking around for a little longer... who knows how long) Elenore is loving school life because of the friends she has made. Myke is busy with @mbee_industries and the fatherly man of the house duties. Bree is busy with both businesses and all the running around to dancing and other commitments plus the motherly duties.
