Darryl the Dinosaur is being put away for another year. The Jolly Trolley Christmas tree is being dismantled and the trolleys will go back to their yearly duties. Happy 2025 to us all.

Being all reflective at the end of the year and remembering fun times in community radio in Brisbane before embarking on my highly desired commercial career. These photos were taken in 1992 when I was recording a stock report down the phone. Chris Smith will take the reins from John Laws on Super Radio Network and host mornings on 2SM and across their network in NSW, QLD and the Northern Territory in 2025, commencing Monday January 6.
