Just a warning to share.
This is how you lose access to your account. A friend will ask for help in setting up a new phone by sharing a code that will be sent to your phone.
This code is for your account and not theirs. Sharing this code will allow them to access your account and take control.
See the screenshot below and watch out for requests for help from Tony Petersen (who blocked me as soon as I asked for some kind of confirmation they are legit).
If anyone attempts this and you know the account is compromised you can report it as hacked with Facebook.

So.. your ISP is axing the email that came with your account.
This is happening with a number of ISPs.
Hosting email is expensive and needs a lot of storage.
I recommend moving to Gmail or Outlook for free services.
For paid email I recommend Proton mail.
They have a strong focus on privacy and security.
