Building on the website success, a hardcover book launched in December 2014 with 3,000+ copies selling in the first eight months. A second title, Tailored Tasmania 2 launched in Dec 2016 and a third in late 2018. The publications have been used by Tourism Tasmania, RACT, University of Tasmania, Charlotte Peterswald and other prominent businesses to promote Tasmania. A few weeks ago Bondi lifeguard and firefighter @lifeguardmaxi Trent Maxwell mentioned my kids book in a post about a recent trip they had hiking in Tassie. We connected, and I found out about @livelearnsurviveau Live Learn Survive, an educational program for kids to learn about surviving, staying safe, and avoiding emergency situations. We met up in person for a fun Bondi beach adventure to talk about our books, and how we can help bring awareness for this amazing mission. Let's hope we can get Trent over to Tassie soon!!
