A new era of social media marketing and we have AI. 🤖

We have developed a new artificial intelligence software to detect sentiment data for captions. This new technology will allow you to get an understanding of how your caption reads to your audience before posting.

This AI system uses sentiment analysis to categories your captions to tell you whether the tone of your caption is positive, negative or neutral. Sentiment analysis is a text analysis method that detects polarity (e.g. a positive or negative opinion) within the text. This AI can also detect whether your caption is humorous, or rather a recommendation or a statement.

This is a great tool to ensure the tone you are aiming to achieve in your caption is accurately reflected. As sentiment analysis can identify critical issues in real-time, for example, is a PR crisis on social media escalating? Sentiment analysis models can help you immediately identify these kinds of situations and gauge brand sentiment, so you can take action right away.
