It's Men's Health Week: We're shining a spotlight on a local group making a real impact for men's mental health in our city.

After going through a tough time himself, Gold Coast local Adam Flier created Gold Coast Men's Walk and Talk. The group walks every weekend and is a safe space for men to be social, active, and gain support.

“Mates helping mates and strangers helping relative strangers - it blows my mind and is what gets me up every weekend,” shares Adam. Read the full story at the link below. 👇🏼😊

Whilst Australian mental health studies continue to find that men are at greatest risk of su***de, they’re also the least likely to seek help. Local Gold Coast resident Adam Flier wants to help break this cycle – one walk at a time.

Currumbin Valley's Ecovillage puts the Gold Coast at the forefront of Australia's sustainable living movement. 🌳

Wondering how? Each home in the village is built to a strict sustainability standard designed for conscious living. They're all 100% self-sufficient for water, utilise passive heating and cooling, and floor plans are socially oriented to foster connection.

The surrounds are just as thoughtfully crafted as the homes with edible landscapes, wildlife corridors, and 80% open space. Read more 👇🏻

Currumbin Valley’s The Ecovillage marks a world-first in conscious living. Nearly two decades after opening, it continues to forge a more sustainable future for Gold Coast.
