Yay!!! We lodged our application for a supermarket at 124 Memorial Drive with Council on 20 October 2023!😍

Just a reminder... we are holding a 'walk in at any time' Community Information Session tomorrow 25 October 2023 from 4pm until 8pm at the CWA Hall in Eumundi.

We’re on track for lodging our development application today 😊!!! We’ve changed the meeting format for next Wednesday 25th, please join us at any time between 4pm and 8pm at the CWA Hall to talk to us individually or in small groups about our proposal.

We will have displays around the hall and consultants available to answer questions.

📢Eumundi Butter Factory - NEW Supermarket Proposal located at 124 Memorial Drive, Eumundi

Hi everyone, we’ve certainly got some more news in the making... unfortunately we’re still ironing out a few details and waiting on advisors to get more information but fingers crossed we’re only a few weeks away from a solid update! We’re ear marking 2021 to be the year of change, movement and transformation!

By the unanimous vote of Council this morning, the MCU application for Our Village Shopping Centre in Eumundi and the Preliminary Approval for the Butter Factory stage 2 have both been APPROVED!!! We are so excited to let the community know... Yippeee!!! Ok so next question will be WHEN???? well we have to go through the conditions next, make sure the project is feasible (serious part)... then we have to get through the appeal period... then.... if it is going ahead.... we'll get cracking on the next round of approvals for construction and no doubt we will have a fence coming down party and invite everyone! Ps Special thank you to Cr Greg Rogerson's support for the project and representing our community!

Hi Everyone, in case you haven't seen the signs go up around the property... public notification for Our Village development proposal has commenced! :)

We have finished submitting further information to Council (all info is available on Sunshine Coast Council PD Online page) which includes more material than before, including our concept plans for Stage 2 and further reports at Council's request.

This is a great opportunity for the community to make submissions to Council in support of the proposal or to voice any concerns or objections. We're always here to answer any questions so feel free to send us a message with any queries and we will try and help out any way we can.

Submissions can be lodged with Council up until 22 June 2018.
