If you had of asked me before I started this business, if I was interested in doing personal development and mindset work, my answer would have been simple. It would have been 'no!'. The old me would wonder why I would need to do these things.
The new me though, has fallen in love with becoming the best version of myself. The difference that working on my mindset has made to my life over the past 12 months, has been absolutely amazing and left me questioning why I was never interested in this before.

Iโve got the most incredible husband whoโs my rock, two beautiful, healthy girls, and baby #3 on the way.
We live and work on the land, which is what we both know, and where both our hearts are.
We get to raise our girls, having them in the paddocks by our side. Teaching them all the life lessons we learnt at the same age.
A year ago, I stepped way out of my comfort zone and started my own online business.
It was terrifying, yes, but itโs already changing our lives for the better. Iโm so grateful I took that leap because itโs opened up new possibilities for us.
It hits me sometimes how lucky we are, but I know this didnโt just happen by chance.

I know that guilt.
A year ago, I felt so much guilt for not contributing financially to our family, while staying at home with my little ones.
It was a constant battle within me, feeling like I should be adding to our income, even though it wasnโt expected of me.
It can be such a hard choice for mumsโstaying home to raise our precious children, sacrificing an income, or heading out to work each day, dropping our little ones at daycare.

I could have just settled. It would have been the easy option, and it would have meant remaining in my comfort zone, which, let's be honest, is the option I would usually choose.
Last year though, something in me craved more. It's like I knew it was time to leave my comfort zone and start chasing those dreams. When the opportunity to start an online business came up, I couldn't turn it down.
Deciding to pursue this path was not without its challenges. There's been late nights, early mornings, and countless moments of doubt. But each obstacle has been a chance to grow, to learn, and to push myself further than I ever thought possible.
The easy route would have meant security and familiarity, but I realised that stepping into the unknown was the only way to truly achieve something great.
This journey has taught me that comfort zones are exactly thatโcomfortable, but they don't allow for growth. The thrill of watching my business take shape and grow has been incredibly rewarding, and it has reaffirmed my belief that sometimes, taking a leap into the unknown is the best decision you can make.

Today was one of those days.
My kids had me absolutely wrecked by 9am!
I was tired.
They were tired.
They were fighting.
They were arguing.
There were tantrums.
The list goes on..
I felt like I had nothing left in the tank, and honestly was wondering how I was going to survive the rest of the day.
Please tell me I'm not the only one that has these days?
I mean, not that often, but when they happen, they really are a struggle.
Here's what we did .
We jumped in the car, drove to town, they both had a nap, we bought some donuts, and we headed to the park.
I knew that this would make them both happy, and I would get a moment to breathe.
We are in and out of town multiple times a week, and we always drive past the park. My girls ask EVERY single time if we can stop and play. My answer - sorry guys not today.
We are in a hurry.
We want to get home before dark.
We have groceries in the car, etc.
In my mind, we just never have time. So today, I made the time.
To see their little faces light up when we pulled up at the park, and for this tired mumma to catch her breath while the girls played was 100% worth it.
So some days mummas, it will be a battle, but take this as a chance to do those things that you know your kids want to, but you never have time for. You won't regret it. โค๏ธ
