REVIEW: Wanderings - The Nest Ensemble & Door 3 QTC

Oscar Wilde tells us ‘to live is the rarest thing in the world. Brisbane Gang Show Cast Applications Extended!

Get ready to shine – this is your chance to sing, dance, and own the stage! Applications are now open for the 2025 Brisbane Gang Show cast, but don’t wait – they close this Saturday, November 9th!

New to Scouting or haven’t heard of the Gang Show? Here’s the scoop: The Brisbane Gang Show is an electrifying musical extravaganza produced by Scouts Queensland each year. Our cast is an extraordinary mix of over 90 talented young people aged 9 to 25 from the Scout and Guide communities, all coming together to create a high-energy, family-friendly experience. And here's a fun fact: Brisbane Gang Show holds the record as the world’s longest-running Gang Show, dazzling audiences every year since 1952!

Whether you’re a seasoned performer or just starting out, the Gang Show team is here to support you. Across the season, we’ll help you develop your skills, build confidence, and most importantly – have a blast!

Save the date – the 2025 Brisbane Gang Show returns in the last week of the June/July School Holidays at the Draney Theatre in Ashgrove, promising a show that’s bigger and brighter than ever.
If you’re excited to take on this incredible opportunity, apply by Friday 15th November. More details, including the rehearsal schedule, are at brisbanegangshow.com.au. Best part is the BGS Season starts over a month after Jamboree so there is plenty of time to relax and recoup post Jamboree.

For any questions about joining the cast, reach out to our Director, Rhiannah Boch, at [email protected] .

Expertly driven by the wonderfully talented Jeanette Cronin, and devised by Jeanette and Peter Mountford, Queen Bette was an exhilarating thrill-ride of the life and times of one of the greats from the Golden Age of Hollywood.
