It’s been a couple of weeks since our last post, when we revealed our 4500th customer.

Today we are on the literal cusp of a great milestone in our business.

Today we secured our 4499th client since starting trading in our business in early 2017.

This means that next week we will hit the magical client number 4500.

Although we don’t yet know who that client will be, we are preparing to give that new client something special when their order arrives!!

Wow, March already!! Where have the past 2 months gone!!🤪

We've been keeping super busy here at GRP; our sales teams have been busy looking after new customer engagement in Western Sydney & Victoria, and our graphics team are now finding a big influx of work again, now that were over that Christmas slowdown.

Wishing all our Customers, Suppliers & Friends, a Very Happy New Year!

Here at GRP HQ, we are all pretty much back to work now after a slow & staggered start to the year, due to staff holidays etc!

This year will see GRP consolidate all current contracts with the ever expanding network of stores, in the immediate few weeks, and then we will continue with the expansion of our Trade TV systems across the country.

Our Graphics Department is fully staffed and apart from some catch up from long holiday period, we are ready to hit the ground running with all new customers productions in this New Trading Year!

So, The long awaited roll out of our Unique, innovative and highly praised “Trade TV” systems for “WA” has begun!

The first step, is always to source and secure the lucky businesses who will soon be featuring their own services on these in store screens, and within the next few weeks you will all have your first commercial designs in your email inbox.

Shortly after that, our installation teams will be out in force to install the first screens and digital systems across the state.

As always, our offices are open from 9-4, Monday to Thursday, and 9-1:30 Fridays, (QLD Time), to assist any of our subscribers with any help needed in the compilation of your artwork.

** A heads add up to any customers waiting for their first adverts **

We have experienced a very busy start to the new tax year and have been smashed with new content for graphics work from lots of our store locations too.

This along with planned staff holidays, and unexpected absences, had put our graphics department behind schedule.

We apologise for any slight delays, and have organised overtime on weekdays, and weekend work, starting this coming week, in order to catch up and get back to our normal production timeframes very soon.

Here at GRP, we’re “nearly” all back at work after the Easter Holidays.

We hope that all our customers, colleagues associates and friends have had a great break, and are fully refreshed to make this next QTR count, as we head towards the end of the Tax Year!

Remember, all business Advertising is 100% Tax Deductible, so make sure you take this onboard before the end of June to help even out that Tax Bill, and keep more of your hard earned money to yourself!

In our last post we advised that we had shipped digital signage equipment to a large number of locations.
We can confirm that all but two locations are installed and running adverts as they should be.
We welcome all new customers in Raymond Terrace, Taree, Wingham, Glen Innes, Wauchope and Orange, and we wish you well with your chosen advertising medium and location.
And remember, you can change your commercial at anytime through the year upto a maximum of 4 adverts, and this is included in your advertising services package. 😀

Further to our post late last month; due to supply chain issues with some of our digital signage hardware, we are happy to now confirm that we have shipped systems this week to Orange, Taree, Wingham, Wauchope, Raymond Terrace, Albury & Glen Innes. These should all be arriving in store in the coming days, and upon delivery at each location, the systems will be installed and set up ready to broadcast your commercials. 😀

Today at GRP, we have hit a Milestone in the businesses long standing history.

We have today welcomed our "4000th" customer since establishment in December 2015.

Today GRP can confirm that installations process for Armidale, Taree & Wingham, Raymond’s Terrace Orange & Wauchope have been initiated and we are planning to have these scheduled for soon after the Easter break. We have requested site surveys be undertaken, and upon receipt of the information we will be pushing forward with the installation work.

Well, what an crazy start to 2022!! First we experienced the Omocron variant which shut us down for over a week and then the difficulty of getting everyone back to work!
All of our associated services including hardware suppliers, install contractors and IT were all impacted, but time was a healer and were now seeing a way through the backlog of installation work we have to do!!

Thanks to all our customers for your patience, as some have been waiting for installs to be completed. These are now well underway and we should be back up to date by next week.

Well, after a very testing year with border closures and restrictions being put upon us all, I can now say that we do finally see light at the end of the tunnel!!

Our last day of trading of 2021 is now over and we are all taking a very well deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period.

Our office will be closed from today, Friday 17th December through to the 4th January 22.

All the staff at GRP would like to wish all our customers, old and new, a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year to all.

Although our office will be closed we do have some administrative staff checking on emails over the holiday period in order to be able to service our clients to the best of our ability and also to monitor any breakdowns or service outages.

Here’s a big cheers to 2022, when we hope to be getting back to a new sort of normally!
