Hayaan mo muna ung magulong bahay,
Ung mga nagkalat na laruan,
Ung punong laundry basket at mga tiklupin.
Hayaan mo lang muna kahit di masyadong maayos ang bahay nyo.
Kung mejo hindi na organized yung kitchen mo at napapansin mong di na ganun kabango ang loob ng bahay nyo.

Hayaan mo lang.
Hindi mo ikinabawas yan bilang isang nanay.
Wag ka mastressed.
Wag mo ipilit sa katawan mo kung hindi na tlga kayang tapusin lahat ng gawain.
Magpahinga ka.
Pag tulog ang mga anak mo matulog ka.

Its also ok to ask help sometimes.
Alam ko maiintindihan ka din nmn nila.
Wag mo pabayaan ang sarili mo.
Wag mong hayaan na sobra2 ang pagod mo.

Hindi nmn laging maliliit at alagain ang mga anak mo.
Magsisilakihan din sila,
Sa susunod hindi na cla alagain.

Clean and organized house can wait.
Kung chaotic ang bahay mo ngaun, normal lang yan kung may mga maliliit kang anak.
Ang mahalaga naaalagaan mo sila and at the same time hindi mo din sinasagad ang sarli mo.

Alam kong mahal mo ang pamilya mo.
Pero mas magagawa mo silang mahalin ng tama kung minamahal mo din at inaalagaan ang sarili mo.

Love yourself too.
Take care of yourself too.
