Dear Parents, I encourage you to listen to this video multiple times, calmly and without judgment. Though I don't know you, I share this for you to have an insight for your child's benefit. Unintentionally we are indirectly educating Ministers, Lawmakers, Judges, Doctors, Social workers and government agencies about us on the Court side (the Basketball stadium).
We are known without our present, let no one wonder how do others know us.

This is why our village-city approach is the way to go. The PAMA program is exceeding expectations, and Bul Kuol’s involvement is making an impact beyond basketball.

Through the PAMA program, we ensure our young people have the right perspectives on the game and their commitment to life. Yes, it takes a village to raise a child, but the village doesn’t provide for the children. The village supports you so you can support the village.
Our young people are challenged! What happens if we can’t all succeed on time? What if you don’t make the team after dedicating everything to it?
According to Bul Kuol, basketball should be secondary. If your child prioritises basketball above all else, they need to think deeply but the PAMA concept of a villager-city allow Basketball to be used as a tool to learn life skill.

In PAMA's translation, there was a person who helped young people transition into adulthood, disciplined them on the outskirts of a suburb (Piom-thok) while also helping them understand life or the village raising them.
This person was always seen as the bad guy by kids but also admired my village kids becuase it is tough love.
Today, that person is considered a coach and mentor. Parents were once teachers and employers at the same time, supported by the village, becuase there were no independent institutions. Now, institutions are the teachers and employers, while parents provide support.
It doesn't just happened! Little by little, step by step the PAMA will achieve its objectives! Eagles Sports Association (Golden Eagles)

Bul Kuol, a product of this indomitable spirit, has emerged as a beacon of hope. Born into the tumultuous backdrop of the South Sudanese civil war, his journey is a testament to human resilience. The sacrifices of his family, particularly his uncle Ayual Bul Ayual and other relatives who secured their escape to Australia, provided the foundation for his extraordinary rise.
It’s worth noting the instrumental role played by family members like Late Cde Aguil Chut Deng, uncle Chutmagai Bul Ayual and Aleer Deng Chut, his mum's first cousin, who sponsored the family's journey to Australia. Their support was crucial in creating opportunities for Bul and his family.
