Six Naarm modular synth artists improvise Terry Riley's In C on their portable modular synthesizers. "In C" was one of Modular Theme Time's first themes. A beautiful album was created live in Wick Studios Brunswick, in a closed session. They now present the skills of these fine modular synth artists to the public!

It's happening! Dark Stereo and Dawn Industry are proud to present the works of 15 wonderful artists for this year's Melbourne Fringe Festival. This is a digital on-demand event which will be accessible from 1st - 20th October 2024. A chance to partake of a variety of music, videos, written work, and a free compilation album!

It must be prog month! Here's something quite wonderful for you all. Enigmatic SOUND Machines with The Hierarchies Of Angels. We loved this so much that we dived into a review. This one is light, but deep. Shadowy, yet prominent. A highly recommended and thought provoking listening experience. Enjoy! 🙂

New Review! This was our first time listening to the work of Bakullama, and it was a really special experience. Such creative and honest work, and a very different flavor to what we usually cover too. Very prog, feeling both nostalgic and forward-thinking at the same time. We've been chatting with Rick quite a bit about music and our different ends of the world since. Such lovely and passionate folks. Give them a listen and a follow! Oh, and enjoy the review too 🙂.

A fresh review just landed! This one isn't for the faint of heart. Kakodaimonia's "The Ties That Bind are The Ropes That Fray". It has been a long time coming. Disturbing yet artful. A challenging review that we hope does this experimental work the justice it deserves!
